I have tried using the app to order in the past and delivery took 15 – 20 minutes, I thought the app is garbage. I live 0.3 miles away, it must not send it to them quickly.
I used a telephone today and spoke with someone and ordered, called at 8:20pm call took 2 minutes (we’re now at 8:22)
8:48 pm they arrive, not impressed nothing’s fast here

This jimmy johns is Freaky Fast ! I could not believe how fast I got my food! Just like the commercial !! And everyone is super friendly

Food was what I expected from a typical JJ’s. The server, however, was terrible. Not one person said hello when I arrived. The only greeting was, «what can I get you?» As I grabbed my food, I said thank you. He said, «yep.» Not one thank you. This is a far different experience from what I am accustomed to at JJ. Hopefully, these people just had a bad day and will be better tomorrow.
