I was pretty disappointed in this pizza. First, let me give you some positives: 1) friendly on the phone during our order and 2) fast delivery time. My boyfriend and I were excited to try Palermo’s since we just moved to the area and drive by frequently. The name Palermo’s just sounds amazing! Once we got our pizza, we were disappointed. Palermo’s website promises high quality pizza and toppings. The toppings were decent, but the crust was thin and floppy. I LOVE a good thin crust pizza, the thinner, the better. But not if it is wet/undercooked/floppy. It didn’t hold the toppings, they all wanted to slide off. Also, the sauce is pretty bland. For anyone in the Wyoming area, I recommend Marco’s over Palermo’s. I can’t speak to any other pizza places yet because we are still new to the area and have more pizza eating to do.

I really like this place. The inside is kinda weird looking. They have a small dining area, with some open storage\break room off the side of it. Just ignore all that and enjoy the good food. Those chain pizza places are no where near as good. They give you so many toppings and great combinations of specialty pizzas. I got the Italian sub the other day and was so happy to eat it. I’d like to go more, but all the cheese and fatty meats I’d be 400lbs if I did. Every now and then is a treat.

The guy taking the order over the phone had to be repeated every last detail, like he didn’t understand English or had been smoking pot all day. I had him finally repeat everything back to me at the end because this idiot would have screwed it up otherwise. I ordered a salad, pizza, and soda for delivery. 45 minutes later the guy shows up with everything, but the salad was missing croutons and salad dressing. The pizza was god awful, under cooked, little flavor beyond the raw vegetables. The dough was soggy. Total waste of $ 30.
