Pizza Hut

I didn’t know a pizza delivery would take about 2 hours. I order and they took to the wrong place when I called back to see what happened after a hour wait they told me they don’t deliver to where I am at. What kind of service is that. Until I yelled at the lady then the took another 50 mints to deliver. I hate them now it used to be my favorite pizza place

One of my favorite places to eat at. I always loved the Asian wings they had and the pizza was okay too. But what always brung me back was the wings. Today I visited the place with my family. Didn’t get wings because we had a few people to feed and wanted to keep it cheap. Instead we got two pizza that took an hour to get out. There was literally one other table in the dining room with us. It wasn’t busy at all. And my waitress never came out to ask if everything was fine. Which it wasn’t. I ran out of sauce for my pzone and needed more. My mother needed some sauce for her bread sticks. We need a box and a to go cup. We had to go to the counter and ask the lady working the counter. The waitress was too lazy to even being our bill. And it’s not like she was there all day and was tired. We watched her arrive and she was there for 5 minutes before she started serving us. Seriously pissed off at the lack of service today. Step you game up, Pizza Hut.

I want to be very clear, I never call a restaurant to complain.
We ordered 2 medium pizzas. One was completely wrong: wrong crust, wrong sauce, wrong toppings, no flavored crust (we ordered Asiago). The second pizza didn’t have the flavored crust we ordered.
I called the restaurant, they offered to remake them. What good would that do? It was just a ridiculous lack of customer service. Won’t be getting food from there again.

We ordered a pizza and wings for delivery from here. It took almost an hour for them to deliver it. My family all sat down to eat when we realized it was the completely wrong pizza. It was some odd pizza that smelled like tuna. We immediately called them back and said you gave us the wrong pizza and the lady working said she could get another one out to us in 40 minutes… We explained to her that we have young children that needed to go to bed soon because of school in the morning. She said that’s all she could do, she barely even said sorry. So we just got a refund and ended up eating TV dinners because of how late it had gotten. So much for pizza and movie night! Thanks for the unapologetic crappy service Pizza Hut. We WERE loyal customers!
