We had been going here for breakfast often. However anytime I’ve gone in the evening it’s been terrible, horrible service. I went to get a to go order and stood there for at least 5 min. None of the staff acknowledged I was there. And kept helping other customers. The manager even came up front but not paying any attention. Seriously get some customer service on your night staff!!! I won’t be coming back. Service and attitudes are terrible! Good good. Just not worthy he hassle!!!

The food is always good. Never been a problem in that area. The servers are great as well. But if you plan on doing carryout, double the estimated time they tell you. The carryout has consistently been a slow area in my multiple experiences. Not enough so to keep me from coming back, though. Just plan on being patient and everything will be okay.

The manager here is adorable and super helpful. The food is what you’d expect from Bob Evans but the service at this location is particularly good and the manager was lovely.

As far as my favorite restaurants in the
Midwest, Bob Evans normally tops my list. Eric was a great server. We will be back next time we are in Xenia :)
