They took good care of me at this store when I got my HTC m8. The process took longer than expected because corporate verizon kept messing up my account.

Terrible customer service. Went I. On a Sunday afternoon. One other customer in store. Took 15 min before we were even greeted. Once we spoke to an associate we wanted to talk over our options. Associate never returned as he serves other customer. All the while the manager never once offered to assist us. 30 minutes later we are still standing there waiting on someone to help. Manager never said a word as he basically lay on the counter and play with a ball. Angered and out of patience I politely headed to the door and thanked the manager for all his assistance. One week before Christmas I would think ur customer service would be better.
