Love the food our favorites General Taos and Orange Chicken. The soup Awesome! Shrimp crab wantons the bomb!

The best Chinese food in town! We’ve gotten take out a couple times. Great, hot food! I’ve seen a few reviews about the owner being rude but so far our experience as been amazing with her. She was very nice on a Friday night when they had a rush of people. We will be back again.

Good food, but the owner is always rude. I’ve tried ordering on the phone to pickup and she told me that I confused her and to just go into the restaurant to order the food. Like how hard is it to understand ??

Great food!!! I am not a foodie, but I know what tastes good!!! Great tastes, friendly staff, and handicap friendly!!! Very accommodating!!! Love it, plus all the leftovers to eat for dinner and lunch tomorrow!!!

I call this place «number 10» because that’s what I always get. I couldn’t even remember the name.
At least in my circles of acquaintances and friends this place is generally known as the better Chinese place around.
Huge portions, stereotype Chinese restaurant that does it right. Definitely recommend the place.

While the portions were large I will never return to this place after the incident with the «manager.» She was so out of line when we complained about the kung pao chicken. Menu mentioned other veggies in the dish but did not mention peas. When we pointed that out she berated us for not asking exactly what was in the dish. Then she begrudgingly stated she would have it remade but it was going to cost her $ 10 out of her own pocket. I told her that was fine but she did not need to tell us that. I guess it was her way of trying to make us feel guilty. I will not spend my money at this joint again.

Overall it’s a great place to eat and here’s why –Pricing is very reasonable. Portions are usually more than you expect. Service is quick. Parking is convenient. Foods been delicious on each visit. Only one thing I’d change, ok two; the ambiance is a little spooky and second the staff could be a little more peppy. It’s always good to see employees acting happy to help you no matter where you go.

This place barely hits two stars– and that’s only because the food was hot, came out fast and it was HUGE portions. The American Dream. The food was the most mediocre food I’ve EVER had. It was SO bland, the tastes all meshed together. The sweet and sour chicken was rubbery and it was like they stuck a piece of rubbery chicken inside a fried hole. The hot and sour soup was nothin special, and the fried rice was not good AT ALL. My friend ordered the kung PAO chicken and it was better than mine but still nothing to write home about. The waitresses didn’t care, and the décor was terrible. Never ever ever ever spending money on this place again.
If you are stoned or super obese and you and all you care about is portions, this is the place for you. If you care about taste, steer clear.

We eat here often and it’s either hit or miss. Sometimes the food is just OK, other times it’s excellent! But 90% of the time the owner is extremely rude. Especially if you’re ordering take out…

I’ve been going to this place regularly since it opened, I’ve tried a few different items but the house special chow mein is my favorit and i have yet to be dissapointed. The portions are really big, basically two meals in one and the prices are good for the amount of food you get. The sercive is so so. A lot of times they don’t refill your drinks the whole time you’re there or wont see how you’re doing after you get your food and a couple things they have on the menu they don’t even have. If the service was good i would give it a 5 but have to stay at a 4.

Used to be the Bamboo Terrace. Loved it.
Returned to Yakima, and find out it’s new ownership.
Was greeted, seated, give menus, and given water. Sat there for a good 15 minutes. No one ever came back to take our order.
We left.

Humongous Humongous portions of food. You can feed 3 mouths from one dish.
We ordered the chicken fried rice. It was yummy, perfect spicy flavor and how we like the fried rice to be.
The Szechuan chicken was disappointing!. It was little sweet than spicy.
And similar to other reviews, the noise levels are high. The staff in constant debate of some world crisis falling on their head!
You might be taken aback by the shady, isolated neighborhood!

I have eaten here several times over the last 12 months. There is one woman working there who is extremely rude and very loud she has made the otherwise nice dining experience unpleasant. Yesterday was the topper. she said I couldn’t order what I had ordered 2 days before. and as she walked away she was saying how stupid I was. apparently she doesn’t know I understand Chinese.
Don’t go there it’s just not worth it. Rude, rude, rude woman.

I have been here for dinner several times with my family and have never been disappointed. We usually get sweet and sour chicken, almond chicken, hot and sour soup and fried rice. The portions are huge and we always leave with lunch for the next day. I actually think that the prices are too low for the combination dinners that come with soup. It is really cheap.
The only thing that I did not like that I ordered here was the BBQ pork. It tasted microwaved or just overdone.
The ladies that run this place seem like very hard workers and they always comment on our beautiful daughter and say nice things about our family. I am always happy to return and frequent a great family business that treats people well and provides great service and food.

Portions are huge!!! New management has definitely brought me and wife back. Server was very nice and friendly.

I have been in here ONCE to dine in. DO NOT DINE IN. The workers were loud yelling into kitchen did not check on us once after we got our food. Drinks were empty on table. And when we checked out they were just rude said how much grabbed my card out of hand and that was it. the food was ok I would go back but only for take out don’t dine in there.

I’ve been here several times since it changed owners. I think the food is great! It’s a good price for a lot of food, and I think the good is pretty good tasting. My favorite is the almond chicken which is what I get most of the time when I go. The fried rice is also flavorful and has pieces of BBQ pork in it, so that’s good.

Let me start off by saying this place was PACKED at around 7’ish. Most orders were to go.
My table group was seated next to the register. The woman taking phone calls, bossing the wait staff, and taking the money was very unprofessional. She was loud and rude (telling her staff to hurry and clean, talking about personal business, eating at the register). Since I was not given a receipt at the table, I went to the register to pay. The woman was in the middle of cashing me out, when two wait staff walked up. She stood there with my change and talked to the staff about schedules, and late arriving staff.
Lets go back to the food and table service.
Our waitress started by saying it was her first day and she really did not know the dishes we asked about. We ordered Sesame Tofu: Way over sauced, mushy oil filled tofu; Vegetable Lo Mien: Veggies outweighed the noodles; and Sweet and Sour Shrimp: Shrimp not cleaned. We were given the three family style dishes without serving utensils. When we asked for plates, we were given saucer sized appetizer plates. When the waitress came back and asked how it was we told her the tofu was uneatable (which was visible by the pile left barely touched), and the shrimp was dirty. Her response was «I will take the advice to the kitchen».
I am sure you can tell I will never go back here. But try it for yourself and form your own opinion!
