It was a mixed bag, I absolutely loved mine, whereas a friend left with a crooked nail. My suggestion is to ask for the youngest female and you’ll leave happy!

I really appreciate the fact that the staff here doesn’t push a bunch of add ons. The massage was great and i didn’t feel rushed.

Went there for Gel nails… He guy was nice but didn’t take out my cuticle, gave me a hand massage, or put any lotion on my hands like they’ve done everywhere else. Not satisfied!

The guys at Lovely Nails did a good job on my manicure. I have been there twice now and haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes after walking in without an appointment. There is a small language barrier there and I have a little trouble hearing them. However, when I ask them to speak up because I can’t hear them clearly, there has been no trouble. I’ll keep going there. Maybe next time I’ll go for a pedicure.

This was my first experience with a nail salon(I’d never had a mani or pedi), and a friend suggested we get pedicures while driving through Yakima. The wait was a bit long(they forgot to turn on my tub), but when I had my feet soaking afterward, it was so nice that I didn’t mind. The massage was wonderful! The guy doing mine was rolling a stick over my legs and feet. It sounds really strange, but it felt great. The only part I didn’t like was that, at the end of the massage, he slapped both my calves, and I had some sore muscles from a long hike the day before(partly why I was eager to try out the pedi, as my feet were still aching!), so that hurt. I didn’t feel gyped at all; I didn’t time it, but I’ve heard people complain about getting shoddy and short massages from other places, and that certainly wasn’t the case here! :) My feet felt fantastic for hours afterward! Each employee was working with everyone, so for a few minutes I’d have one attending me and then I’d suddenly have someone new. Yet, despite this, they didn’t mess anything up or get confused about who wanted what. I got a simple french pedicure and one of the employees suggested a purple flower on each big toe, which turned out gorgeous. I didn’t have any open-toed shoes with me, but they did have temporary foam flip-flops for me to wear until the polish cured. After everything, the total was only $ 25, which was far cheaper than I had expected for the wonderful treatment I got! It’s been fifteen days since my visit, and only now is the white on the tips of my big toes beginning to chip(which I’ve easily covered up with white polish at home) so the pedicure has definitely been long-lasting! I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting their nails done. My only cons are 1) the harsh chemical smell, which takes awhile to get used to, and 2) the employees constantly yelling to each other in their own language. I kept thinking they were talking about how gross my feet were! Okay, just kidding, but I did wonder at first if they were relaying instructions correctly to each other about who wanted what, because the customers wouldn’t be able to understand and correct them if something was wrongly relayed.
