I love planet fitness. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I never feel judged or put of place. It is always clean and maintained.

This is a clean and neat place. The equipment is in great condition. The negative reviews about pizza night, bagels and such are irrelevant. You do what you do here. If you eschew the foodstuffs, it’s none of your concern as I didn’t see crumbs or gooey cheese on any of the machinery. Downside? They refuse pre-payment. The only option is automatic checking account withdrawal. My policy simply doesn’t allow that. I’m surprised and confused that ownership refused my money. Their loss and mine. This is not a place for ultra-serious free weight lifters. I like that.

Good clean equipment but not the place for drop in travelers looking for a place to workout, $ 20 for a day pass, &which is «average» some say but you can go to the YMCA down the street for $ 9. they should think about being more accommodating to travelers with this location being off the free way and near the convention center

The gym itself is good and has nice equipment. There are things that I don’t like tho. For one I like to tan and the rooms have zero ventilation, they let person after person tan until the glass is too hot to touch and when you tell them the little rooms get too hot they play dumb and say«really? I haven’t noticed». The whole pizza thing is super annoying. I go in there and it makes my stomach so sick from the smell and u definitely do not want to work out in it. If you like to workout at Pizza Hut this is your place. Oh and if you want some candy there are bowls of it on your way out. I’m all for non judgement but a gym is a place of encouragement to lead a healthier life style, not encourage bad eating habits. And no wifi. So forget music.

Place is good for people just starting to work out. But how could a fitness place promote junk food? Its cheap, thats all i got to say. No free weights

The first Monday of each month is pizza night? The second Tuesday of each month is bagel morning? Truly a «judgement free zone» when folks pop in their mouths free Tootsie Rolls as they check in before their workout or as a post treadmill reward. «No gymtimidation»? Make the slightest grunt lifting weights and a warden will give warning that verbal effort is not acceptable. «No critics» motto must be applied to even oneself for they do not provide a weigh scale. «Thumbs up»: $ 10 a month, 24 hour access. Black Card $ 20 a month unlimited privileges: hydromassage, massage chairs, tanning &TBE — Total Body Enhancement, their PF stand up jello-giggle machine.

I tried to join this place and they would only take a check and they want to draw the money out of your account on a monthly basis. I offered to PREPAY for the entire year. I did not ask for a discount. I just did not want to give them a check. I have been a victim of this type FRAUD in the past. They would not allow me to prepay for an entire year. So I called the national company from the website and they would not allow me to do so either. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and they said this gym is privately owned. So I asked if I could speak to the owner or if he would call me back. They said they would not disclose the owners name or phone number and he would not speak to me either. I am a chiropractor and I tell patients on a daily basis to exercise. I will tell all of my patients to avoid the likelihood of FRAUD by avoiding this gym.
