Comparable to most others but watch your contract and be ready to go in at its end to find out if there are newer packages at lower cost for yourself.
Office hours are not «worker friendly» and they are closed on Saturday. Manager needs to rethink that policy for those who cannot get away from work to obtain service or equipment!
All «issues» QUICKLY resolved and kept me as a customer by «making it right»!
Make sure you keep a high end surge protector on the cable boxes as I had two go out in a year until I upgraded my surge protection for them in a brand new house with no power issues. Both boxes went out causing me to bring in electricians who said they believe it was the VAST equipment and not my home.
