This place, also known to some as «The Old Lighthouse», is fantastic. Despite the misconceptions of the previous restaurant that was here, I had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed great conversation with the owner and waitstaff while waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. The beer was cold, the food was hot and fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

Read some of the old reviews. The Old Lighthouse has changed. New management. Remodeled the dining room and have some new items on the menu. I had a dinner salad. .very fresh and the smoked chicken dinner. It was very good. The server was very friendly and the meal was very reasonable. 9.99

The pizza here is great. We had the supreme. It was light, crunchy, had just the right amount of ingredients. The sausage was very spicy but not too hot.

Gross place. Décor is ugly and uninviting. I ordered a steak burger, without getting the choice of how I wanted my steak cooked. They marinated it in a sauce which was too sour, the meat was impossibly chewy and my waitress was a bitch. She didn’t come back to my table except to drop off my ticket, not even offer to top off my soda which was empty. Never going back.

Veggie pizza is the only vegetarian option, but they were willing to substitute out the meat in a few dishes. Opened up within the last month and the waitstaff seems VERY new to waiting tables. I had the chicken Alfredo(subbed out chicken for mushrooms). It was nothing special, but decent. The bread on the side looks like a regular white bread sliced loaf with some Italian seasoning on top. Hopefully they get it together, Yankton needs more non-chain restaurants like this one. The waitress told me that the steaks and pizzas are very popular and that the portions are huge. I would try it one more time for the veggie pizza.
