Dr. Lubell recently pierced my daughter’s ears. It was an easy process and my daughter was unfazed. Thank you for the great job, which I could feel at ease about.
Update– my daughter kept losing one of the earring backs from the piercing earrings. I called the office and inquired about getting an extra back because this time I could not locate the original. They told me to come in and when I got there they gave me a whole set of earrings identical to my daughter’s, not just the back, and said no charge. I was so impressed with the kindness. Thank you. I highly recommend this office for ear piercing!

We made an appointment a week in advance. When we got there the said that they had to cancel the appointment because our child is now over 21. The never bothered to call us to let us know before we got there. Over the years this office has got very busy. The office staff seems to be short handed.
