Well, they have a great PT staff here if you can get past the fact that Katie, their receptionist, is beyond rude. We were 9 minutes late to my husbands appointment, due to road construction on the 507. She told us she couldn’t accommodate us and had to cancel his appointment and that we could reschedule. FOR 9 MINUTES! There have been plenty of times we sat waiting in the waiting area for 5 – 25 minutes and we never once complained about it. She is short with you and ignores you or tells you that you have to wait to speak to her and I have also heard her talk about patients as I sit in the waiting room while my husband gets his PT. She’s very unprofessional and not someone I would want representing the front on the house at my business!
