This place has a very decent selection of wines, liquor and even specialty hard to find items. They have tastings once in a while too. If not a true tasting — the owner usually has little cups and something open at the register giving customers a little taste. It is how I found a great new red wine!
They also carry Parfait Amour — VERY HARD TO FIND!
AND it is nice for vegans — they carry a few non-​dairy liquors that are thick and rich. The chocolate one is really good. The vanilla cream one — just OK — although it helped me make really good faux egg nog! (Apparently these liquors are made in Israel — not sure who their market is here — I don’t think this store is anywhere near a Jewish nabe. : —)
They will even special order something for you — if they are able to get it from their distributors. The owners are very helpful with suggestions as well.
Definitely worth it if you happen to be in the area. : —)
