McLean Wines & Liquors

I like this wine & spirits spot because it’s close to home and because they deliver. They have a wide selection of alcohol and while some of the prices are higher than other spots that I frequent, their location is convenient, clean and the staff is knowledgeable when you need to find a good bottle of something.
I got annoyed one time when I was in a serious mood for a dirty martini and ran around to purchase everything I needed, like olives, pearl onions (don’t judge me), olive juice and vodka. All I needed was the Dry Vermouth but when I asked one of the staff, he told me he didn’t carry it. I thought that was odd because that is a common alcohol but I just kept it moving and found another liquor store nearby. I purchased the vermouth and headed back to McLean Wines & Liquor and showed another staff member the bottle and, of course, they DID have it. I just told the guy that he lost a good sale because his coworker didn’t understand me and should have asked someone else if he didn’t know. Hot mess but I still shop here.
