Good burgers, huge they definitely fill you up. You get a lot of food for your money. The parmesan fries are pretty good and the burger with eggs added is slamming

I order a regular burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and fried egg. While the burger wasn’t bad it wasn’t good either. Didn’t have anything special to go with the price tag attached to it. Paid almost $ 19.00 for a burger with fries and a drink. The French fries on the other hand were great. Better than the burger.

So much better than Five Guys or McDs and cheaper. Great variety on menu for a burger joint. The staff is on it. Really pleasantly surprised. Will be back. Can’t believe it took us this long to try it.

The food is horrible I went there turkey burger was so dry when I speak to the manager he said a buddy has the own taste very rude nasty food I wouldn’t go back there even if they pay me

Super disappointed… Waited 30 minutes for my food and when I mentioned it to the clerk… She smiled as if it was a joke. Then they tell me it’s been ready and want me to take a cold burger and onion rings… Huh? For 16.00 bucks for a burger and rings I expect much more than that. Next time I will just stick to Shake Shack.

Love their bacon cheese burger and fries. Pretty simple meal runs about $ 12 – 14 with a drink. Love the tables which have cartoons like Bart Simpson or the superman symbol and employees are really nice. Nice spot to stop for a bite before heading into the mall to shop.

Medium burger came out black. Tasted like rubber. Bun dry and tasteless. Bacon was edible but all in all I say skip this place. Better and cheaper burgers at a diner

Terrible!!! We ordered 3 burgers cooked medium, they came out not only well well done but totally burned! I ordered kids sliders but only ¼ of the bread had meat on it. Sweet potato fries were soggy. The only decent thing was the regular fries but how can you mess that up!

I had to come back and amend by previous review now since it has been long enough.
My May 2014 review was based up to that point. Since then there have been slippage with quality, while the price remained the same — which is too high for what they offer. A slippage which stated off as minor and now is a lot more.
In the beginning, I stood by this place and their great food. I wondered what the hell was wrong with other reviewer’s taste buds and why the hate for this place. You can’t please everyone and I know people will complain about the most ridiculous of things, but from May 2014 and before, I stood up for this place. However after coming just yesterday, it will be a long time before I return — if I do at all. Though I disagree with the negativity that was given to this place from the beginning, it seems that they ended up correct in the end.
The buns are not what they were just a year ago and before that. The burgers were fine, but not worth the price attached. The drink dispenser has been replaced by the average fountain drink dispenser which has the same old standard choices as most places. I guess my lemonade is a thing of the past and I’m forced to drink Sprite.
The customer service was fine. Never has been a problem, though one of the guys with the broom really ought to say excuse me before he just cuts someone off — this based off yesterday with both me personally and observing while waiting for my order. Hey buddy, it’s the customer first — customer service 101. You can sweep the floor or wipe the table a few seconds later. No need to touch tackle the customer because you want to get to the bathroom area first. So take a deep breath and relax yourself.
The place is usually busy and loud, so they do get business. It’s hard to find decent eateries in Cross County anymore without going to a full fledged restaurant like Fridays, so if you’re looking for a quick bite this still will accomplish that if you don’t want the overpriced pizza also located in this mall. Just be cautious with how much you’re spending here. You can eat in or take out.
But from now on, I’ll just save my money and order take out from the diner — which is drastically cheaper for the same taste — if not better.
Truly a disappointment.

I was really looking foward to a great burger and talk about it on my vlog, but changed my mind when we got Over priced for mediocre food. Dont mind paying for good food, But 16 bucks for a simple cheeseburger and fries that I didnt even enjoy is a little insane. Service wasn’t good, and the seating even worst. Had to clean our own table. I really have nothing positive to say. Sorry but there wont be a next time

Over price burger, service sucks and seating is a nightmare. They have a wide range of add on, but it add up quickly. The garlic fries are awesome. I rather spend my money on a 5 guy or go down to yonker raceway Diner and get a burger there than this place

I ordered a regular burger with the works; lettuce, tomato onions and pickles with a side of fries and my friend had the same but with a side of onion rings.
PRO: Everything was incredibly delicious. Plus the meat to bread ratio was perfect. It was a pretty good sized meat patty on mine.
CON: The only problem is I felt it’s a bit over priced because it has restaurant prices but a fast food style counter so it doesn’t really make sense.
The consumer service was okay. Not memorable but not bad.
There are so much great burger places opening up everywhere that you could get great quality without having to splurge.

The place has that newer fast food look. You know, that Chipotle vibe. Long counters done in steel, spacious seating area, they do have some fun 80’s records hanging about.
I ordered The Burger and had them «Spice it up» as well as a regular order of fries. Somehow I guess that also meant I wanted the special with drink. Ehhh, why not. They got that really cool all in one fountain. I got a Mello Yello. When was the last time you saw that!!!
I got my meal to go. The fries, I had to try on my way to the car. They aren’t steak fries, and not shoestring. They are thicker though and delicious. The kind of delicious that is so good, you don’t mind that they are hot enough to remove your fingerprints.
The burger was just ok. I ordered it medium rare, it was overdone. It also wasn’t very juicy. I did get the spice option though and that gave it a great taste. Pepper jack cheese with jalapeños and a spicy sauce. It’s not overwhelming by any means, just enough to give a nice kick.
It was a good place, but nothing special. I would go back though.

This was out first time trying this place out… the employees are not super friendly. It took a while for our order to be ready. My burger was missing the pineapple. My wife’s burger was missing her fried egg. When finally all the mistakes were fixed… the gilrilled onions in my burger were huge… to a point that I had to take them off my burger and eat them separately. My wife’s mushrooms had a dirt taste to it. And the onion rings were literally dripping oil… literally.
Not coming here again… waste of 40 bucks.

Place is amatuer hour. Looks like a big chain on the outside but when you go inside, game over. Employees are brutal, unattentive, and clearly dont want to be there. The food, not great. My son who eats everything didnt like his hot dog. Where’s the garbage can, they have a small garbage can on the counter from bed and bath for your garbage… really?
The soda machine with all the flavors was the best thing there. Hard to screw that up. All in all this place blows. Over/​under for staying in business: 6 months. Cya

So not worth the money. Sub-​par burger. If u do go don’t add «roasted» garlic and rosemary to ur fries. They glob on these huge chunks of canned chop garlic and way to much Rosemary. And 2.60 $ for a fountain soda?! They’re insane.
The options for burgers and way unoriginal and way to pricey. Don’t go here

I think this place opened up after the big mall renovation… I didn’t know it existed until I came across the Lobster roll groupon. The groupon was a lobster roll meal, with fries and soda. I paid $ 12 for the groupon and then at the store, I had to pay for the tax. I thought it was really cheap for a lobster roll but I wanted to try it out.
I got there during lunch time on a weekday, it was packed. We had to wait 5 mins for a table. Let’s start with the fries… it was better than I expected. Not soggy and not stale, perfect. It’s rare that I find fries that I like. On the other hand, the lobster roll was just meh… I mean for the price I paid, it was a generous amount of lobster but it wasn’t good. The lobster wasn’t too fresh. I like the way they prepared the bun though, toasted with a little butter on top. Overall, I’m not a big fan. I mean I guess I can go try something else next time.
The place wasn’t as clean as I wanted it. Messes left on tables weren’t cleaned up, making it hard for people to find seats. There was also a guy changing garbage bags… they have like 3 garbage cans but it took him a long time to finish the task. Ehhhh. I’ll update the review if I try a burger from there.

I used to be in LOVE with BGR! However, I’ve slowly fallen out of love with them. Whenever I would come here, I would order a tuna burger with french fries with fresh roasted garlic. The service has declined and they no longer give you fresh roasted garlic. Minced garlic in oil is NOT fresh by any stretch of the imagination (so please take it off the menu).
When you order now, there’s no telling how your order will come out. They need to ensure that your meal is prepared the same way each time even if the «B — Team» is on duty.

I think if you are shopping at the mall here, this place will suit you just fine. It is not Shake Shack, but it’s not Wendy’s or McDonald’s either.
They cook the food to order, so you can specify temperature. Our sliders and Legend burger both came out just how we ordered them… medium. The service at the register was polite, and our food did not take very long which is great considering they were busy.
We had been driving all day, and were very hungry. That’s what you get for taking the Taconic Parkway back from Western Massachusetts… no idea where the food stops are! We ordered a Legend w/​Pepper Jack & bacon, sliders, hot dog, and fries. The ingredients on the burgers were all fresh. They also fit the bun nicely… can’t stand a burger that falls apart. As I mentioned, they are made to order and the temperatures were just right. The burgers themselves were decent, but nothing to get that excited over. I think they are fine given the price. The hot dog was just too plain, but we really liked their fries.
The restaurant gets very busy, and also somewhat messy. Not gross messy, just the employees have a difficult time keeping up with all the turnover. They have some really high tech fountain soda machine with way too many choices, and expect kids. Lots and lots of kids esp. on the weekend.
They have a burger, fries & drink combo offered under $ 10 during the work week lunch.
