These guys are absolutely fantastic. I am so happy with them that I am proactively looking for as many places to give them positive reviews.
My story … My 4500 elliptical was damaged with water from a flood in my basement only 3 months after I purchased. Not covered by insurance, the store where I bought it refused to repair it, even with me offering to pay.
Blue banner was able to get the parts under warranty, even though I told them I was ok with paying for the parts, I just wanted to get the machine fixed. They saved me a lot of money, and repaired the elliptical as promised.
Professional, courteous, prompt. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.
