I should have read the reviews before I went into this place. I have seen Panda Express many times but never had the opportunity to eat there. Today I decided to be adventurous… Boy was that a mistake. I was probably better off going to my local Chinese store. Two stars because some of the workers were very pleasant and the store was clean. The food was a no go. The meals I bought were very bland and underseasoned. The entrée servings are tiny but I guess they make up for that by giving you a lot of rice. If you do decide to eat here, just make sure to ask whether things are an upcharge before they put it on your plate. They tend to not tell you this info until you get to the register. Bland food+overpriced food= never again for me

waiting 30 minutes for fried rice. watched about 6 employees walk around looking at each other and doing nothing while customers walked out frustrated with time they had to wait for their food. One employee was cooking food, taking orders, and running the register while others stood around. In the middle of cashing out 4 customers, the cashier decides that cleaning tables was more important than getting customers paid and out the door. By the time the long line of customers who had already placed their orders get their food, other food dishes were depleted with no cook make more. One customer gets told that a dish of teriyaki chicken was«still frozen», while the very next customer gets told that there is no more teriyaki chicken. By the time i finally get my food, after 40 minutes, it was cold. The food is just not worth the long waits and poor customer service.

Horrid. Mall Chinese food. I’m not sure how I got convinced to eat here. Never again. It’s the Olive Garden(another place I loathe) of China. First of all the line was out the door. Why, I’ll never know. I left my family in there had time to go to Victoria’s Secret and still caught up to them BEFORE they ordered. Second, they were out if everything! Seriously, including bottled water and ICE!!! Third, the food is beyond salty – (I’ll be drinking water like a camel for days in a desperate attempt to rehydrate myself) yet oddly bland and tasteless — not to mention supremely greasy. With so many other options, there is no reason to eat here. Giving 2 stars, because the girls behind the counter were super cute and nice.

By far, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express. I thought the second time around would be better, but it was just bad. It’s a newer store, but it seems like everything is broken. Took 25 minutes to get through the line, with only 6 people in front of me. They hold up the entire line when something is missing for someone else. Such a shame. I doubt I will be back.

Too bad the old Chinese Buffet closed where the built a hotel in this shopping center. This place looks and feels like eating highway service plaza food. Tried the bland fried rice, tasteless beef w broccoli, but have to say Fire Cracker Chicken was pretty good. Supermarket type frozen food tasting entrees, and pretty small portions for the price. It was clean, well staffed and friendly, but I probably won’t eat Panda Express again unless I’m stopping for gas on the Turnpike someday.

I come here when I’m starving and on my way home. It’s really some boring food that’s mostly been fried and greasy with a whole bunch of sauce. There is no real flavor, this is gourmet Chinese junk food. I ordered white rice and the rice was stuck together. What the heck?! That’s the most simple thing … Ugh whatever. It is overpriced $ 6.75 for one side and rice or chow mein, $ 7.75 for 2 sides and rice or … Is this a trick !!!

½ the time they don’t have the food you want. There are the times I’ve gone in and main selections like rice or noodles aren’t even prepared. Prepare to wait 10min, they say will start it right away but sometimes because there are other items backlogged it can be much longer. If the food is available it’s decent, I prefer the traditional Chinese spots but to each his own. They don’t have a huge selection and there aren’t any selections for soup like Wonton and egg drop. It’s okay for quick food if the selection you want is available.

Friendly fast service. The option to mix and match food items is a plus, also reasonable prices . Edit: now that I think about it this is probably one of my favorite restaurant. No real complaints.

Only leaving a 4 star review only because of the food. When I pass by its always packed but when I went the line was to the door. It was about an 8 to 10 minute wait for me to get to pick my food. I got the walnut shrimp, the sweet and sour chicken, rice, and 2 spring rolls. I initially wanted orange chicken and she said it’s about a 6 minute wait which in reality was about 12 minutes. By the time it had came out I already had all my sides and was waiting for someone to charge me for the food. There was a good amount of staff maybe about 6 or 7 people and I was waiting there for about 10 more minutes just to pay for the food. It was on the other side of the counter teasing me as my stomach ate itself from the inside from the hunger. I looked around and there was an employee in the back looking for something that she never found for about 10 minutes and someone else had to charge me for the order. There was a sweet and sour sauce I wanted on the side and they said the famous 6 minutes but it was never refilled while I was there. The food is amazing I really like it that’s the only reason I stayed. The food was worth the wait. I definitely recommend the walnut shrimp, it’s life.

this is the worst«restaurant» on the face of the earth. Non-existent management and employees are crap. Here is why: Went to lunch ordered 2 plates with their regular rice. Server: hi we ran out of rice, it should be 10 minutes until the next batch. me: OK, no problem and thanks. Server#2: sorry rice is not ready, give us a few more minutes. rice cook person: are they waiting on me, hells no, –she walks away server#2: sorry you heard that, i will ask the manager me: ok, cause that was rude. me: so whereis the manager? its been 37 minutes for rice. cashier: im sorry nothing i can do. Manager does not want to come out. me: WTF for rice i should not have to wait this long. I want my money back. cashier: i cant, i dont know how to refund it and manager does not come out. me: Fuck this that everything. That sums it up

Panda Express has really good food this is why I keep trying to give this place a chance. But they don’t seem like they can keep up. Maybe they should consider having LESS selections so that they can keep up the replenishment of the most significant.

I love Panda Express but it took 40 minutes just to place my order! They only had one person preparing your order, two cooks, and one at the register. The one preparing the order and the one at the registered looked like they did not enjoy their job at all. Other customers were changing their orders and complaining about the wait time. Like I said, I love Panda Express but this location needs help.

Standard Chinese fast food. The taste is very American not Chinese in flavor. But hey the customers are American what do you expect. The place gets very busy during dinner time. So be prepared for a line. The portions are very big for the price you pay. It is a good bargain. The place was very clean when I was there. I enjoyed the décor and pictures on the wall. The video about China was interesting. It reminds me of my time living in China. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Chinese food and also wants a quick bite to eat.

Wow the WORST Panda Express I’ve even been to. Not only are the lines extremely slow, the hottest selling item(chicken teriyaki) is NEVERT on the grill to be refilled BEFORE it runs out. So if you want to place an order with chicken teriyaki be prepared to wait 30mins from the time you walk through the door and the time you pay for your«meal». HORRIBLE. I’m done with this place!

Why order on-line when it takes longer then actually going in person. I love the food but it seems they are understaffed and under managed. Our every Sat meal for me and my kids(my kids love the food) will have to be replaced due to the service. Waited 20 minutes longer then going in person. If they didn’t charge my card when I ordered on-line I would have just waited on the line in the store. ***Update: They added an on-line order window*** ***2nd update 10−5−15: Found a glitch in their on-line ordering system that although u order fried rice with ur meal, their order slip comes out with plain white rice. Happened to me twice(didn’t realize till I got home) until the 3rd time I checked the food prior to and sure enough it was wrong. Hopefully they fix the glitch.

This Panda Express is run like a Mom-&-pop establishment instead of a national chain. They constantly run out of things, have cleanliness issues and have serious managerial problems. I went on two occasions: once at night and once at noon; both times they ran out of Brown rice.(I was told by an employee that once they run out, thats it. Secondly, I witnessed an employee that went from sweeping the floor to serving food without her hands being wash. Lastly, management seems scarce. There are times when only cook can be seen along with the server who has a dual job of being the cashier.

Im taking off another star because their portion is slowly turning into kiddie portions. If you will charge 10 dollars for every transaction, don’t be stingy with the serving. Im just coming back for the honey walnut shrimp and the beijing beef but if they continue with this kind of portions, they will lose customers. Boo!

Although the exterior looks grand and inviting, please don’t try this place. The tables are dirty and they were using a really dirty cloth to wipe the everything. The place smells extremely good when you enter but the food tastes awful. Some foods were too bland and others were way too salty to eat. It’s a cheap meal but you can easily go to Boston Market for a better meal. Save your money.

Occasionally I have a hankering for American style Chinese food of the worst(or potentially best) variety. You know, deep fried everything, sweat gooey sauces prepared with plenty of corn starch and grease. When done right, it is horribly delicious. I was excited that Panda Express opened here. The physical location is very nice. Great fresh look where the cut veggies are proudly displayed in the refrigerator case. The portions are huge. Unfortunately, the food did not taste so good. Disappointing.
