The frozen yogurt was delicious, and staff was friendly but the biggest surprise is they also serve Chinese bubble tea, and it tasted pretty authentic. Will visit again just for that.

Drove 20 minutes after my visiting family was craving something cold. To my surprise, they closed a little over an hour early! What appeared to be crayon scribbled on a piece of register tape read «Closing early sorry»!
Now management, you are running a business! You can not be closing over an hour early. I see by the previous posts this is not the first offense!
Secondly, get a better closed sign. My 4 year old writes better than that! I will definitely NOT return!

This place is really unbelievable… and I don’t say that in a good way. My and my boyfriend were shopping and he wanted to give it another try tonight. We walked up to the door around 8:20 and what do you know-there’s a sign that says «back in 15 minutes». We waited about 10 minutes and then left, disappointed once again. This is no way to run a business I’m sorry.

I had their Nutella and Pomegranate Fro-​yo and it was absolutely amazing. I was taken to a far away place, very far from the bitter cold that was NYC that day. Aside from the deliciousness, the staff is super courteous and the place is spotless. Kudos to the owners and managers. Job well done!
