My friend, his two kids, and myself came here on a whim when other plans fell through. It was a Saturday afternoon and the front desk person told us at first that we wouldn’t be able to bowl since most of the lanes are taken for leagues until later in the evening. While looking for another place to go another front desk person came and asked how he could help us. We explained what the first guy told us and he immediately said, «Nah, I got you a lane.» His name was Ozzie(or Ozzy) and he went on to explain that most afternoons the place was filled with leagues which is what he tells staff but that there were 2 cancellations so he hooked us up. Really nice guy and was sweet towards the kids. The place is old but unlike other reviews, I have no problem with this(I’m glad to see older places keeping their original styles). There was an automated score machine, the lanes were good and had bumpers that raised by themselves for the kids. Bathroom was clean, there was bar fond available(all we got was a pitcher of soda), some arcade games, a pro shop, and a bar(behind closed doors) by the entrance called the Oasis Bar. Shoe Rental was $ 4, while the game was $ 5.50/per game.

The place looks old. The bathroom was clean, the lane was decent. The girl at the register was pretty decent. There were enough balls and a nice variety. The area was also ok. It just needs a serious facelift.

It’s got a gritty yet honest and unpretentious character. All you can bowl for 12 bucks M/T/Th/Su 9:30-midnight. Great way to have fun without breaking the bank. Rarely crowded. Friendly staff.

Not an awful place to go roll, but not the greatest either. The Good: –Staff was very nice, especially the lady at the front desk, super friendly –Price wasn’t bad($ 14 for 3 games and shoes on a friday around 5pm) –Not crowded at all –No major issues with the pinsetter or scoreboard The Bad: –The place reeked of cigarette smoke –Parking is in the rear, not free, and it’s a bit of a walk with bowling equipment in the cold –Not very many lanes, but as it wasn’t busy, this wasn’t a problem The Ugly: –Must have been 2″ of oil on the lanes –House balls looked to be in awful shape(thank god I have my own) I wouldn’t make a trip just to come back, but if I was in the area and wanted to bowl, it’s not a terrible place to go.
