This place SUCKS!!! Go to CVS or Walgreens. Or just go to another Rite Aid. The customer service at this store is horrible. All of the cashiers have bad attitudes and don’t want to be bothered. I hate this flipping store. Never have anything in stock. I would be much happier if I lived next to a CVS.

I hate all Rite Aid pharmacies and I used to hate this one, too. There is a pharmacist here who actually gets to know his customers and does his best to accommodate issues that may arise. Other than him, I still feel the same way because if he is not present and an issue arises, the rest of the staff seem to not have a clue as far as what could be done to rectify the situation. I recently went in to pick up a recurring prescription that I have refilled every three months. On this particular occasion, I was probably the first customer because I stopped in as soon as they opened. The lady in the pharmacy rang me up and accidentally gave me the store copy receipt. I didn’t realize until I got home. I wouldn’t care about it otherwise, but in order for me to get reimbursement from my insurance, the receipt has to outline exactly what was purchased and the store copy only shows the totals and method of paying. I returned the following day to request the customer copy of the receipt and the«manager»(who looked like a teenager) tells me that it will take 10 minutes to locate the receipt in their system so that she could re-print it for me. 30 minutes later, I’m still waiting, wondering why the hell it is taking so long when the manager finally gets back to me and says they can’t find the receipt. Well, there was no way I was going to leave without my receipt and no one could come up with a solution. I had to suggest that they refund the purchase for my prescription and re-sell it to me. Luckily, my regular pharmacist was there and he stepped in to take care of it for me. Thinking back, the mistake probably would not have been made had the pharmacist actually been paying attention to her customer instead of her coworker’s gossip about a fellow employee threatening to quit if she doesn’t get more hours or is transferred to the pharmacy. Yes. This conversation took place with me standing no more than 8 feet away. So unprofessional.
