My family had a difficult task finding a bed for my father in law. Monica and Sean expended 2 hours and a ton of professional expertise to help us in that endeavor. we departed the store with the most perfect mattress ever. it was in stock. A 10 year warranty and a warm happy in house ambience was the icing on the cake. the best recommendation I can offer is not to waste your time shopping elsewhere. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve have had the absolute worst experience at this Sleepy’s dealing with one of their sales associates, John. Not only did this man completely ruin my order, making it impossible for my new building to accept the delivery of my mattress, he did not even know how to use his email. When I asked him to submit a certificate of insurance to my building, he didn’t seem to know what it was. This is a STANDARD request as most apartment buildings in NYC require them during a move. When I said I could send him a sample via email, he said he wasn’t sure what his email even was and said that he could call me back in 20 minutes once he’d figured it out. He then proceeded to give me an incorrect email. When I didn’t hear anything back, I called the store and he said«oh I realize what happened, I gave you the wrong email!» Basically, he wasn’t even going to call back to tell me it was the wrong email… So he gives me another email address, which AGAIN is the wrong email. 4 hours has now gone by and he still hasn’t sent in my request for a COI. After requesting to speak to a manager, he gives me his personal email and sends it in to company where I’m told it will be another 48 hours until I even hear back. As a result, my COI was not submitted on time, my mattress was unable to be delivered, and I had no bed to sleep on. I will never use Sleepy’s again.
