Love, Love Love Uno’s in Yonkers, NY. I’been taking my grand kids there on Tuesday nights for over five months now. Kids get to make their own pizza, not literally but they get to add whatever ingredients they want. The service is great and my all time favorite is número uno personal pizza. My grands love the idea of adding their on own toppings but their favorite experience is face painting. I can’t get them to go any place else because of Nicole’s face painting on Tuesday evenings. I, too, have gotten my face painted with the kids as well as a ladies night event a few my friends and I put together. Grandma’s need to have fun too. I understand why the kids doesn’t want to go any place else, with great food, atmosphere and fun night getting painted by Nicole, it’s a rounded evening package. Oh I almost forgot, the most important part to face painting, it’s FREE!!! Courtesy of Uno’s. Good job everyone. Uno’s, here we come.

Soooooo… We all already know how I am about customer service. First and foremost I placed this order online for curbside pick because I’m rushing back home to my sick dog. Second I placed the order in at 7:40 and its 8:20 with a 20 minute time frame. Clearly on the online ordering it has a section for curbside pick up… yet there’s no curbside pick up area. So of course I call and ask them and after about 20 rings the hostesses who are MIA finally pick up to tell me there NOCURBSIDE PICKUP-So what the fuck is the point of putting my shit online… Anyways the hostesses sucked balls– I get that you feel cool and all standing in front directing people to a table– but don’t catch an attitude because you need to grab 6 orders for pickup in the back. Food itself was Ok… not hella impressed but it was satisfying.

UNOS, never disappoints on their Chicago pan pizza. Good service and easy check out with their automated machines on your table.

The service was not good. I think the waiter came over to our table twice the entire time we were there. Bathrooms were extremely dirty as was our silverware. Very bad experience.

This is our go to place for the family. It’s what you would expect from any other UNOs. The staff is courteous and the service is usually good.

I come here quite often and this was by far my worst experience. It wasn’t even that busy yet my server was too slammed to make sure I had sugar with my coffee and it continued from there. I couldn’t get her attention and in the end the manager ended up assigning another server. The brownie from the sundae was as hard as a rock. Inedible. When I received my bill I was charged for the ziosk games which I had no idea had a cost. So a child can grab it and start playing with it and we would never know there is a cost until the end. Despite my frequenting here I have never been charged for the ziosk games nor do most restaurants charge for little kids to play. Not a happy camper.

I just went here and considered twice leaving after 10⁄15 minutes but we had already ordered our appetizers. The service was horrible. I sat at the bar and i guess the bartender was covering the whole room on his own. Very difficult to get his attention and didn’t get to order our main entrees until min 25 into sitting. My bf ordered some pasta and he returned it bc it was horrible he decided to order something simple that could not be messed up. He ended up getting chicken fingers and fries, basic. The drinks were not up to standard either, my first time here and the last time.

This is a very nice UNOs. The staff is pleasant and so is the environment. We had the pizza skins which was pretty standard as well as a Caesar salad(best salad dressing ever). We came here just for the farmers market pizza and we were not disappointed. The layers of pesto, vegetables, and cheeses were absolutely delicious and even better as leftovers. I know most people default to prima pepperoni but the farmers market pizza is definitely the tastier of the two for the individual who has a more refined palette.

Have been coming here for years… started with my friends for drinks n watch a game and now with my wife n kids. It’s a great place for a non-burger meal not killer greasy fast food crap. I always get pizza skins and a grilled cheese sandwich with kick ass avocados. Our server was Spiro… He’s been here for years and hopefully will be manager soon. He always checks back with you every 5 – 10 mins to see if u need anything and… That is my biggest compliment. Nothing worse than a server who brings the food and disappears. This guy didn’t write are order down and got everything correct for a family of 4 and my wife who always has a complicated order… Lol. Fam of 4 under $ 100 with leftovers and for the most part u can eat as healthy as u want or go loco with heart attack munchies. They have a new twist today with a iPad type ma June at each table to order drink refills… call your server or order appetizers. It’s free unless u want to play apps and then it’s $ 1.99 for unlimited use. I did order desert through it and no problem … Didn’t try apps Overall…I’m full n fam happy and although my Mets r losing to TB right now it was a good time.

Good was excellent and service was great. Overall décor and dining is very good. We had to wait about five minutes to be shown a table(they weren’t busy) and the table was sticky but otherwise worth the four stars

Have been to this Uno’s several times and I am really liking the new renovations. I love how you can see the tvs in the bar from just about anywhere in the restaurant. Me and the family usually come here for dessert because all of them are good… especially the brownie bowl. The staff is always pleasant, and for some reason always remembers my dad and the crazy things he said during the previous visit. The pizza is good. Of course I’m a new yorker so I am very critical of my pizza. The Chicago style is a nice change of pace. Also, they have a decent craft beer selection! Keep up the good work Uno’s.

I work close by so I order often, and I’m always confused to how much of what the Chicago sampler is suppose to come with. Either way I always feel like I have more chips and fries then I’d like to have or can eat. I only got 2 chicken strips and 2 hot wings and 4 mozzarella, I never counted until now when I see how drastically disturb my order looks for 14 – 15 $ I HATECHIPSANDTHISTIME I HADSOMANYCHIPS the smell set in on all my other food making me nauseous, so now I can’t eat this food I paid for. I try to give UNOs a chance every time, but today is my last time I’m just surprised my food wasn’t cold.

I’m here because my last experience in the city was not a good one but I’m at central avenue and I think they make the shrimp scampi the best. I was seated quickly and I was tended to quickly. The stone barn Cabernet was delicious and now having the mini dessert chocolate peanut butter. Mmmm. I guess I will just stick to this facility so I can continue to be happy. Keep up the good work and please never take away the shrimp scampi from the menu. Lol. Thanks again

I came here with my family for my son’s third birthday and we had an awesome experience. The waitress Sam was extremely attentive and our food was excellent. They sung happy birthday to my son and he was very happy. I haven’t been here in a while and I was glad we chose to come tonight. My one criticism would be that the bathrooms(the men’s as well, I asked my husband) were cold. I don’t know if the heat was on the fritz or what but I had to change my baby and he was shivering.

I love coming here. Try the pizza skins, they’re one of my favorite dishes. The food is great, the drinks are great too. They have my favorite dessert; the brownie bowl! I can’t copy that brownie… I’ve tried. They changed the place up a bit. Made it more open. Came for quick family meal. Service is ok. Food nothing to brag about BUT drinks are horrible! Had a classic margarita tasted like lemonade. Gave them a 2nd try by getting a cosmo that tasted like«mistolin» not that i know what that tastes like. But can def imagine. Dont recommend the drinks at all!

I waited a while to write this review, mainly because I wanted to give this place a second chance, because the first experience was horrible. Sooo here it goes! Me and my date decided to sit in the bar area, and boy what a difference in service from sitting at the outside tables! Our waiter Thomas was amazing, refilled our drinks and made sure we were good our entire time there. He also made sure we got our entrees after the appetizers, some thing so many waiters fail to do(sometimes both come out at once). Food wise we had wings and nachos as an app. Nachos were just ok, I wouldn’t order again. We had the Chicago pie, with tomato chunks and sausage. It was delicious! Every thing was just good. I’ll definitely come back, but only to the bar area.

I really like this UNO’s. The staff is super friendly and the place is really clean. However, this particular visit things seemed a bit unorganized. They were extremely under staffed and in the middle of a Saturday afternoon rush. The hostess found herself seating guests, wiping available tables and even serving tables. I hope the manager showed his appreciation for her teamwork attitude and effort. She was visible exhausted but still kept a smile on her face. Our waiter Thomas was very friendly. He paid special attention to all his tables bringing«to go» plates before we even asked for them. I will continue coming here whenever I’m in the mood.
