Unless you want very basic framing DON’T waste your time! Trurhfully go to Pottery Barn – you would do better. Drove from Mount Kisco to Thornwood to have two items framed in a shadow box. The clerk in Thornwood sent us to the Yonkers store because she had no idea what to do and told us that the owner in the Yonkers store was very knowledgable in this area. We drove all the way to Yonkers to find out that he knew even less than thenThornwood clerk! No imagination or creativity at all and could not help us. Needless to say, I would never waste my time patronizing either location!

I have not been here in several years, but I used this place to get all my prints and posters framed. They used to advertise on the paper place-​mats at diners in Westchester. Their prices were the most reasonable I was able to find… if you have a coupon they charge $ 25 to get an average sized poster framed. I was always impressed with the quality of the work and the guy who owns the shop is a nice guy too. I would highly recommend West Art for all your framing needs.
