The wait time here is unbelievable. Make an appointment if you have plenty of time on your hands and nothing better to do with it than wait for a doctor. The first time I went here I waited 3 hours (Yes, 3), the second time it was 2. Then I was handed off to a 2^nd-​tier doctor, Navjot Ghotra, who was incredibly rude, condescending, superior and gave me the most painful gyno exam I have ever had. She kept saying «I can’t find your uterus, sweetie!» After 40 years of no-​fuss exams, I was horrified. Why return, you ask? Well, I really did love my first doctor there, Regina Fitzgerald. Truly wonderful, but again, the worst time-​management I have ever seen. If somebody makes a business appointment for MY services, I hustle to be there on time and respect THEIR time as well. This facility needs a consultation with a time-​management expert.
UPDATE*** After this trauma, I waited a year and then made my next appointment with Dr. Marilyn Sutton and am happy to report that she is The Best! My usual, no-​pain, gentle exam went off without a hitch. Highly recommended. There is no reason in our country to put up with substandard, rude medical care.

The first time I went to this clinic was way back in 2007 for a routine check up, my experience was nothing remarkable. Period. I returned again 5 years later and I suddenly remembered why I had never returned. 2 hours for a simple routine check up!!! Sigh. I know doctor’s offices are never on time with their appointments, but it’s only a 10min routine for heaven sake! Last year, I walked in, signed in as I was told and waited nearly an hour before they realized they had given my appointment away to another lady. Fine!!! Can’t another doctor just see me since there are 5 other doctors working there too? Well they couldn’t, so they handed me off to a lovely P.A. who couldn’t have been more than 22 who took all of 7min to check me up and announced that I can leave ! Sighhh… this year, it took 2 hours of waiting in two different waiting rooms, followed by more waiting while laying in a stirrup and more waiting for yet another staff member to do a sonogram. Sigh… They have more staff members than patients yet… the inevitability of down times is crazy!!! Gotta find another clinic. The P.A. that saw me today was helpful, had a lot of book knowledge but couldn’t really give me a holistic approach or treatment to my issue.
