Frank saved my marble floor. My cleaning lady sprayed shower cleaner on my bathroom floor. The shower cleaner etched the marble floor. Frank restored my floor back to its original luster. He sealed all my showers and counters and cleaned and sealed my kitchen floor. He and his assistant worked efficiently. They were both friendly and respectful. When the job was done, they did not rush out. We did a walk through to ensure that I was happy with their work and the finish on the floors and counters. Then Frank took the time to educate me about tile/​marble floor and granite cleaners. I have already referred Frank to some friends and passed on his cleaning tips. He is my Go-​To Guy for all my tile and granite work!

Frank told us we must put a protective coat on our slate floors. He promised that our floors would be shiny and no longer have white spots. This was contrary to everything we had ever been told. He very convincingly got us to put a coat on the floor. He said all the white spots would disappear. When none of this occurred we had to keep calling him to come out. Initially he would come but after that Frank always had a reason why he didn’t get back to us or show up. Never hearing from him for a year we had to keep calling him to come out. We finally gave up calling. It was apparent he had no interest in following through on his «promises».
We are left with a dull white spotted floor and a non existent Frank. The floor is exactly like what it was before he applied a coat.
Save your money and go to someone reputable and responsible.

Awesome work Frank! Very friendly. Knowledgeable. Fair pricing. Spectacular work. I’d put him on my phone contacts to definitely call again for more stone care work! We have travertine flooring and counter-​tops. He cleaned them with a safe cleaner and buffed it to «factory finish». He made suggestions for us to better care for our tile after he left. He uses the highest quality products as well. I won’t go anywhere else!

We had a stone fireplace that badly needed to be cleaned and sealed in addition to a stone patio which we had never sealed that had gotten dusty looking and really wasn’t showing its colors. Frank gave us a very reasonable quote and did a really great job. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Custom Stone Care.
