I love going here I actually not a fan of this type of food normally but whenever I eat here I really enjoy the soup and the green tea along with the atmosphere. Also when I get any food to go they are so fast and efficient and one of the guys there has a great sense of humor! This restaurant is great for families or dates. Definitely a must to try when your in Yorba Linda.

Can I rate this place a zero? We ordered take out tonite and my 11 year old daughter found a large screw in her meal. She heard to cling sound against her fork and luckily did not eat it! This is not a bogus review… it is real and happened tonite(Jan 18, 2016). GROSS!!! Will never eat there again!

We have been going there a long long time, 10 plus years, literally 2 – 3 times a month but 01/07/2016, will be the last. Owners very rude after pouring bleach and fumes in restaurant ruined dinner. no apology from them just excuses. No Comp of meal. Poor lousy service and customer service.

Having to change this a year later truly breaks my heart, but I figured I should post. We came here for 19 years. My parents have been taking me since I was a baby and I was in a high chair. One day we came in for a lunch special and were turned away by the people who had been so friendly to us all these years because we were off by 3 minutes. I wouldnt be so upset if we werent loyal customers and were given the lunch specials before by the same people when we had walked in 45 minutes over the ending time.

Very horrible customer service. half our table had to ask for water 3 times before we actually got it. They were very rude when we chose our food to order and kept telling us to order more even though we brought home left overs. When we asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce without mustard she took away the ones we had even after we asked for them. The food was ok which is why I gave it 2 stars but the customer service was absolutely horrible which frustrates me.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now. We’ve always loved the food and deal with mostly horrible customer service. The past few visits though the food has been absolutely horrible to the point where we will not be back. This used to be my favorite restaurant and we used to come at least once a week. It’s sad to see the food go downhill so bad.

The food is clean and good but tonight I was dupped. I ordered black mushroom with Bok choy. No Bok choy, instead Napa cabbage. Please don’t tell me Bok choy when you mean Napa cabbage. Two completely different vegetables. Isabella at the restaurant said I didn’t look at «new version» on line. That’s bullshit. I’m not stupid. Update your website and be honest. I hate it when the restaurant doesn’t own up to a mistake. What else are they BS ing about?

Best cream cheese wontons I’ve ever tasted! Made fresh. House chicken is great. Service was prompt and friendly. Will be coming back again.

We always keep this as a mainstay to go kind of place. Everything is tasty and fresh. We love it after 3 owners in 20 years. Maybe 2 owners

I am grew up in the Bay area, went to School on the east coast had plenty of NYC chinese, LA chinese, and OC chinese. recently moved to YL. First time was I ordered Crispy which were deep fried and distributor bought not to my liking. Broccoli Beef which is the best in town is what brought me back. Second time I ordered The House special chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. The chicken was OK to me, kinda a general tso’s without the heat near a philipino chicken fry flavor to me. The Honey walnut shrimp was great and will order it again. Also ordered were steamed szchezuan dumplings — meh. Good but not ordering again. I will continue to order from this spot, chow fun, aromatic chicken, and Mapo tofu are in the future.

We got takeout over the weekend, and this is probably closer to 2.5 stars. We ordered: Hot and sour soup: not very good. It was fairly spicy, but was otherwise lacking in flavor. Sizzling rice soup: this was ok, but not great. The rice is more like puffed individual grains of rice than in large pieces, as we’ve had at other restaurants. The flavor and ingredients were fine, but were not impressive. Beef and broccoli: this was the best dish we ordered. Good flavor, tender beef, and broccoli was not overcooked. Hong Sue Gai: this was our least-favorite dish. It comes with battered and deep-fried bits of chicken, which were a bit chewy. The sauce was thin and lacked flavor; the vegetables were overcooked. House fried rice: this was fairly standard fried rice… not great, not terrible.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. We ordered take out. Decent prices, and Overall the food was delicious. My husband was not a fan of the chicken chow mein because it tasted«too healthy». I enjoyed the lightness of the dish. Other than that, we ordered the BBQ Beef and Snow Peas which tasted great, the Honey Walnut Shrimp which was fantastic, and the appetizer combo. The pesto and crab wonton was good, but just too reminiscent of Italian for me(pesto does not belong in the same dish with Chinese food to me), the crispy shrimp was good, the eggroll was REALLY good(especially for a vegetarian egg roll) and the paper wrap chicken was«interesting»(but not bad). They gave us a lot of soy sauce packets, sweet and sour sauce, and hot mustard without request, plus delicious almond cookies AND fortune cookies. That was nice. I wish they would have included chopsticks, but my bad for not requesting some. I would recommend this food. The inside of the restaurant looked nice. We wouldn’t mind dining in next time.

Super good food but servers are incredibly rude. Lots of yelling while eating and very pushy. We got the lemon chicken with noodles and was really good though.

Hard to find decent Chinese food so I rarely eat it, but I would definitely come back here, we got noodles and beef and broccoli and fried dumplings, everything tasted fresh not frozen, everything was very clean, staff was very nice. Large portions average prices

Food was ok but the service was horrible. Rude waitress– no smiles– argumentative– and unpleasant to be around. Only kind person was the water lady– she came around with a big smile to refill our glasses. Big disappointment

Been coming here since I was little. The food is good, however we won’t be returning after our recent visit. Portions are smaller. We ordered two large side orders and got a tiny cup of white rice half full for three people. It took forever to get our food And we were the second ones to walk in during dinner rush. The older lady is RUDE!!! She gave us the wrong side appetizer and used my fork to take it off my plate I was already eating from and gave it to another customer!!! Foods expensive and although it is good the service outweighs it. Save your money and go to pf changs!

We used to go all the time. When we first started going, we’d order food and always have plenty and sometimes leftovers. The last two times, the amount of food served had been severely cut back. Meat was scarce in the dishes and the flavor seemed off. Maybe we’ll give it a few months and see if the reviews perk up again.

I’ve lived down the street from this place my entire life and have been coming here for years. The food is always good. To those Unilocalers below — Why compare this place to Panda Express? This is a family run restaurant not some fast food place. Write a review for Panda Express if you want but don’t compare apples to oranges. As far as service, they are curt but pleasant. Especially the older man. Their take out is always super convenient and delicious. Try the house special chicken, always my favorite! Obviously as any review goes, to each their own, but considering I’ve spent a good 23 years enjoying this place, I haven’t had a bad meal yet.
