I’ve resisted putting this on here but after numerous times that this establishment has anointed us to the point of no return. The last straw was last night and were to begin from the staff being extremely rude when my crutches slipped and fell back on a wet floor. The problems only compounded from there is was 2 hours before closing and they had almost no food out no rice and no chow mien and said they weren’t making any more for the night and still expect you to pay top dollar for skimpy portions that have been sitting out so long they have to scrape them out of the trays. Even during the day they put up a argument over making fresh food. Do not go here and support them!

My absolute fav Chinese done American style. Beijing beef one of the best. Makes my mouth water just thinking about the tasty food. A lot of food for your buck. All the entrees and sides are excellent. Ask for a sample to try before you purchase. Everything is made fresh. Quick to to get your order and this location had the best customer service. Yummy, yummy, yummy!

The staff and food is awesome here. The supervisor Jane is stopping her staff from really excelling at customer service. It was super awkward to interact with her and also she her interact with others.

Very disappointed with this visit. Arrived a little after 5pm, not busy but ended up waiting 10 minutes for the chow mein and orange chicken to be made. These are 2 of the staples of Panda and you wouldn’t think you’d have to wait for both to be made. While I waited, the rest of the order sat on the counter getting cold. Ended up in a group of 5 waiting for our various orders.

Don’t let this branch feed or buffet off your good nature. I called in my order, the lady on the other line was impatient and seem as thou she wanted to get off the phone. She didn’t have two of the five items that I was asking for, so we substituted at her request for the entries she suggested. I ask for a total, she said that she wouldn’t know till I get there and hung up. When ever I called in my order at other places and made phone orders to go, they are always willing to give me a total. I understand that I may be put on hold and I expected that because of the calculations. But to hang up on me and didn’t even ask my name nor my phone number. On my way there I was upset, and thought that i should bring this order to there attention, I had second thoughts myself being a business owner, which in turn gave them the benefit of doubt and I said nothing. But my writing this was that I called in my order and I thought that it would be ready. They didn’t start my phone order until I arrived then they prepared it while I waited. The total came out to $ 15.23. What was APPALLING is that the cashier ask if I «just wanted to round it off to $ 16. I too am a business owner and I thought not only RUDE but to ask for more than the listed price than what there asking, you don’t deserve my business. Needless to say I Don’t say much other than I’m avoiding this branch.

Now I remember why I don’t ever go to Panda Express… I’ve literally been to thousands of Chinese restaurants, including in China, and I’ve never seen any of them use more vegetables than noodles in there chow mein. I guess the first sign should have been there were no Asians in line. Also this particular Panda Express always runs out of food and you have to wait for them to cook more, maybe they’re farsighted and can’t see the food in the steam table is running low and don’t cook more until it is completely out. There’s a Magic Wok not too far from here, I will be going there from now on!

Worst service ever. After ordering I waited 15 minutes before getting my money back because they never started cooking the items I ordered. I watched them cook and refill other items for people who ordered after me and then it took another 5 minutes for the manager to open a cash register.

Came here tonight, I was curious about the new ribs. But yuck, they were highly salty and dry good thing I sampled first. So I ordered the Shanhai Beef whatever they call it. It was not as salty but you have to pay extra, too. Well the problem is the girl scooped up a fair about on her spoon at first and then threw it back in the pot and just scooped up two pieces of beef and 2 pieces of green beans like she was fishing. Then she did it a second time, scooped up a fair portion and then threw it back in the pot and then just scooped up three little pieces of beef. I knew what she was doing, she was doing portion control. Which I think is a tease, acting like shes going to scoop you up a lot and then throws it back in. I asked her for mushrooms and this time she scooped a mushroom, but she accidentally picked up more beef and then threw the beef back in her serving pot. I wanted to say something, but I just thought to myself, forget it I’m staying away from this place, I’m not coming back. It’s not worth it. This place is a stingy on the entrees and fair on the rice and chow mien. This is the reason we hardly come here anymore, you don’t get nothing to eat, just a bunch of starch. It’s really not that nutritious anyways. The orange chicken is full of sugar and their other dishes are too salty. Their prices are high and you don’t get much. Anyways, I called to tell the manager about her server and she just said oh, I’ll have to retrain the server. That’s a joke. That’s how they train their servers, don’t give the customers too much meat, give them little portions. I think that’s how they make profit. The manager didn’t even say, come back and we’ll take care of you by giving you a bigger portion or free entrée. I wouldn’t have gone back to get it, but she should have at least offered. The beef wasn’t that great, but it’s edible. Chow mien and rice are greasy. Oh, well they lose. Hope this review helps others.

Having gone to college where Panda Express was one of the options in the food court, I had Panda Express numerous times. Chicken teriyaki bowls for a student on the go with a restrained budget, was a perfect, satisfying meal. Since then, work and home, there always seems to be one just around the corner. This Panda Express in particular is in a very tight parking lot, pulling in and out off a busy street can be frustrating. Something I always noticed about panda expresses is that there isn’t a true lining up order, more of a guideline of stand on this side and walk through a cafeteria line type order. The inside has a unique feel and character to it. One I get a sense of refreshing and calming from, much of the Asian red, purple flares. Clean, nonetheless, which tops anything else I could ask for. As for the food, we got two item combos with the streamed rice and chow mein. Panda always seems to have their own touch to the chow mein, not one that I’m particularly fond of. I like the longer noodles, theirs is typically the shorter, strained type. All the other sides are cooked well. I got the teriyaki chicken, I can’t say it was the absolute best cook on it that I’ve had, but I couldn’t say I found anything wrong with it either. Everything here is pretty decent, nothing spectacular, its a chain fast chinese food restaurant. I couldn’t ask for daring from a place like that.

I agree with others that this is one of the best Panda Express locations. So far, I always had fresh, tasty food here in my 10 visits. High food turnover is the key. 5 stars considering this is fast food chinese.

Best Panda location I’ve seen. To those that say it isn’t authentic chinese food and give a bad rating, you don’t go to del taco expecting authentic Mexican food, right? Check yoself and understand what you’re getting yourself into before you go there. Sometimes greasy fat American version of something is the best. There’s a reason this location is so busy all the time. The food here is very fresh and the whole inside area is super clean. One of the managers, whom other posters here have mentioned, is incredibly nice and has excellent customer service. Parking could be better but that’s not their fault people.

Service is always quick and the food is always great. Ian has been the best cashier I’ve ever had at a Panda Express!

To start off this is very corporate fast food. Other fast Chinese places hook you up with so much food the lid won’t close properly and you walk out for about $ 6, Panda Express is quite the opposite. Waiting to order I saw the friendly Lauren who was helping the couple in front of me offering samples galore. When my turn came I received no such hospitality and she seemed very grumpy especially when I asked her to repeat what she said after I asked for brown rice. Going down the line they were out of basic items like broccoli beef and orange chicken, in fact as I write this it’s been over ten minutes and I’m still waiting for my order along with about 6 others.

Always fresh because it’s always busy. They serve good portions at a reasonable price. My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp… yummy!

Panda Express is really a good dinner deal, since my wife and I like to share our meals together. We usually get chow main noodles, and Orange Chicken, Beijing beef and and it’s all under ten dollars.

Wow, haven’t been to a Panda Express in YEARS. Stopped by and was impressed with the selection of items. Especially the orange chicken with bacon, wow thats really good. So why the 3 stars? Well now I have been there 2 times, yea I went back. And both times I have to wait 15+ minutes for my order because they always run out of the different dishes. It’s like you can never get what you want when you go there. I don’t know if their cooks are slow or what, but that is the only thing that holds me back from going there more often. The food is good and the staff are really nice, it’s just the wait that kills it for me.

Everything was very good but wish they’d stop serving the woody parts of the asparagus. Especially in the premium items.

My friends and I have frequented our Yorba Linda Panda Express for a long time. I appreciate the menu, which has some regular items and always a couple of new things to try. It is a quick, dependable lunch choice for Chinese food. After returning from an 8 day trip to China, my son and I wanted to treat his school staff to a Chinese luncheon and show pictures from our trip with an education delegation. I met with Don, the manager, and made my order to be picked up the next day. He was warm, friendly, and insisted that I take an order home to give to my grandchildren… for free! The next day the luncheon was a HUGE hit and Don even included extra items we had not ordered… for free!!! When I have future catering needs, I will definitely think of using Panda again. Good food, exceptional service, and a wonderful team. Thanks, Don!!!

What do you expect? It’s a Panda Express — and one that is better than most locations. I typically find that most Pandas are pretty terrible so that’s what I tend to expect, but this location actually tries! The inside is new and clean. The food quality is good for a Panda and the servers are even pretty nice… hell some of the girls that work there are even good looking. It’s really a win-win… for a Panda. All that, topped with getting authentic Asian cuisine, you really can’t go wrong.
