I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHIL HOWARD FOR ANY OF YOUR CONSTRUCTION NEEDS.
I recently finished construction on my new home in Laguna Beach (from the ground… up). Needless to say, I was nervous and skeptical about the whole process; as I had never undertaken such a colossal endeavor.
P. Howard Construction exceeded my expectations with quality workmanship, honesty, timeliness and flexibility. Even when issues (architectural, structural, or personal design changes) arose, Phil and his team were able to adapt and meet the challenge. He and his crew were always there in force; ready and willing to take on whatever was necessary.

After losing our beautiful home in the 2008 fires of Yorba Linda, we had the monumental undertaking of rebuilding. A friend who also lost their home recommended P. HOWARD CONSTRUCTION. We were able to view the quality of the workmanship of their home and knew we wanted to work with Phil Howard.
Construction took one year, and Phil Howard was there every step of the way. The quality of the contractors he associates himself with is above par. The end result was a beautifully constructed custom showplace that we are now very proud to call «our home!»
I have referred P. Howard Construction to friends and will continue to do so.
