Never have I been to a Subway that was so welcoming. They were so patient when I was trying to figure out my very large order. I think her name was Ali she let our group ask questions and was very helpful. We had a large order and will definitely be back.

Bad service and they are stingy with the meat. It was very clear that most of the 4 employees working absolutely hated their jobs and life in general, especially the cashier. My sub looked like a flatbread sandwich. Would never go back to this location. Last time I visited this location, the cashier tried to charge me extra — some of the employees at this location severely lack training — or are just bunch of imbeciles… can’t decide which one. Hey you are in the service industry and newsflash, there are 2 – 3 subways and a Togo’s around the corner, get your crap together… you have definitely lost me as a customer and read your reviews, I’m not the only one.

I got a tuna sandwich there today my server was Thomas. Got home started eat the sandwich I thought that he forgot to put the tuna on the sandwich. So no big deal I went back and got another sandwich from Thomas again this time I watched him put the tuna on the sandwich however it was very very little and not what I am used to receiving and I have ordered sandwiches there are hundreds of times. I asked Thomas if they’re giving less meat now since they started the ultimate of course more money plan. He said no and looked at me like a deer in headlights. I really don’t mind so much but I had to get all way home and realize there’s hardly any meat on my sandwich I gladly pay extra if they were just been honest about it! Course it may have just been Thomas?

The employees here and so caring! I always see Andrea and Sean there and they always give me quick and quality service. Andrea usually makes my chopped salads and I’ve never been disappointed

I would give this place a zero if I could. They refused me service because they would not make change for any bill larger than $ 20. I did not see anything posted saying no bill over $ 20

I frequently go to this subway, and if you want to get friendly service and a well made sandwich you have to come here when Alicia is here. Otherwise you might get one of the unfriendly servers who act like they hate their job. The one big complaint I have about this subway and all other subways is how stingy they are on the meat. The meat is cut in very thin layers, and they count every piece and peel them apart even if they’re small and thin pieces. You end up with a bunch of veggies and a thin layer of meat. I do like their freshness, but if you want extra meat you have to pay a extra money for a normal adequate amount. The meat is paper thin, but if you want a lot of bread and veggies, I guess that’s ok. I like their tuna, just don’t get mayonnaise on the bread. too, because it’s already full of mayonnaise. Enjoy, and I hope you get Alicia, the better server, who likes customers. They should train more like her.

Don’t eat at this place… they are not customer oriented. Audrey is very rude. She made us a sandwich that was very skimpy, but I didn’t say anything at that point. But it was free cookie day, and we placed a large sandwich and soup order. We always have received 2 free cookies… at this place and all other Subways. However, today when we asked for an extra cookie they said NO. The guy, Sean, who was very nice, kept asking Audrey if he could give us an extra cookie… but she was busy talking on the phone and just kept saying NO. So I told them I didn’t want my order. Audrey said that she had already rung it up and charged my credit card… but I wasn’t given my food. We told her to reverse the charge, but she said they don’t give refunds… REFUNDS??? For what we did not get??? BTW… to the people before us in line they were offering free cookies even though they did not all place orders!!! Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other Subway places in the area… they seem to be on every other block. We went to another one… the sandwich was adequately filled and they gave us 2 cookies just for coming in. They made us feel like we were appreciated as customers. DONOTEAT at the Subway at 18450 Yorba Linda Blvd in Yorba Linda.

I like going to this Subway because it’s close to my house and it only takes about five minutes to get there. I tried the new Enchilada sub with frito’s I really enjoyed this new sub and it was really good. Except I think that they need to put just a little bit more meat and frito’s if more meat at least more frito’s I’am just saying that sub is $ 7.25, but I did really like this sub.

Really one of the best Subway’s around, the employee’s are great and very friendly(they smile). So far every time my wife and I get sandwiches there they have been delicious. We go every week and don’t bother going to any other location based on passed experiences at other locations around the Yorba Linda and Placentia area. Parking can be a pain because of the lot is so small. This is the only negative thing I can say about my experience in 2 years or so. Thanks everyone there for the great service and sandwiches.
