My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights last weekend. The sheets on the bed are not clear. He was bite by insects since the first night. I called their boss the next morning. He replied that they never have bugs. He also challenged me and said he won’t say I was lying, but they never have this problem. I asked for changing rooms. He refused and said all the rooms had been booked. My husband came back in the night and I took photos of the points and showed to the reception. She changed the room for us and asked which one do we prefer, one bed or two. May I ask who was lying? Take care of your credit and your reputation pls!

This hotel fulfilled the need for 2 beds & a bathroom. The check-in process was good, and the woman behind the desk was friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is dated. The outside looks a bit sketchy. But, the room was clean & the rate was great. The smell of cleaner was a bit strong. The bathroom door didn’t close tightly, and kept popping open a little bit. The noise from the hall and vending machines was easily heard while in the room. There was a fridge & microwave, which was very nice The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The carpet in the room bothered me(age & slight smell), so we were careful to not put anything on the floor, and not walk barefoot. We didn’t have time to swim, but the pool looked nice, and was very clean. The breakfast was predictable, with muffins, danish, cold cereal, and bread for toasting. There was a nice option of making your own waffles. The cups for the coffee were very small. The staff was very pleasant. Everyone we saw was friendly and said«good morning». The hotel was very easy to access from the highway, but high enough on a hill that there was no highway noise. I would stay there again for a night or two. For a quick trip to the area, I don’t need a 4 star hotel.

Dated but worked for our needs. We wanted a cheap hotel room with a breakfast close to family. PROS: +Microwave and small fridge in the room. +We always keep the do not disturb tag on a room for our entire stay, because we don’t want anyone in our room. They left a bag of new towels and soaps on our handle. Nice! +New beds +Flat screen TV with Showtime. +Breakfast(generic but good). +The pool was clean and well maintained. +While the hotel is right next to 83, the traffic died down at night and the a/c muffled any other noise. +The room didn’t smell. I was nervous since they do have smoking rooms, and I get nervous about older hotels smelling. +Extra pillows. We had 8 pillows! CONS: –Stairwell 1 smelled like mold and mildew. Had to hold my breath in there. –Would have preferred a king room option. –The sliding door was difficult to shut and lock. –The apple juice was watered down at breakfast(That’s me being picky.). –Beds were really firm. Husband and I agree that we think we will stay here again, but the beds would be the only tipping point for trying another hotel. For us, the pros outweighed the cons. Stayed 2 nights 5÷12÷15−5÷14÷15

Not great but not bad. Room was clean enough and the rate was terrific. Stayed there because I couldn’t get a room in Lancaster. Paid only $ 53. Even the free breakfast wasn’t bad… waffles, toast, pastries, coffee, juice, cereal. Saved me the money I’d spend going out. It was the second time we’ve been there, first was about two years back. Oh, they have flat screen tv with Showtime, free wifi, refrigerator, microwave, blow dryers in the room. I’m not living there, just sleeping and showering and for that it fits the bill quite nicely.
