The York Window Man

Ron Reed, aka The Window Man is the best. He installed 19 windows. It wasn’t a simple install either. He had to take off the frame to insert the windows. In addition, our existing windows were so hard to take out, the labor was extensive and far exceeded the time he had figured in the contract. But he didn’t charge me an extra dime.
Ron installs Soft-​Lite windows only, because he puts an emphasis on quality. Soft-​Lite Windows rate higher in quality, comfort, and ease of installation, than Anderson, Pella, and other name brands. I’ve had the windows in since June and the insulation factor from this winter’s chill is fabulous! Plus they still look brand new.
The other point I want to mention is how laid-​back Ron and his assistant Lee are. They are a pleasure to work with. They came in at the same time, left at the same time, answered questions with a lot of patience, and most importantly always had a cheerful disposition, and if they ran into problems they fixed them immediately. It’s important for me to work with a contractor who doesn’t cuss as he works. Ron has too much respect for his customer’s to do that.
You will not regret hiring Ron. He and Lee, are conscientious, friendly and extraordinarily honest! I will be using Ron in the future.
