The finish around the handles on my cabinets is worn to the bare wood on my three year old yorktowne cabinets. I called customer service, they said the guarantee does not transfer to the user from the builder/​purchaser. I think a lifetime guarantee on the finish should be for the user (3 years old!). Been calling for months. When I leave a message with the manager, the call is not returned. the builder won’t help. If you want cheap quality and bad service buy yorktowne!
