Horrible service and customer service! They messed up our orders on a number of occasions. Recently, they messed up my order and wanted me to come back so they can give me a «side of seasoning» for the wings. That is not what I ordered and this was not my mistake. Very rude!

The staff seems friendly and the wait time was reasonable. We ordered cheese pizza and beef pizza from here. Our teenager had raved about the cheese pizza, so we felt compelled to give this place a try. All I can say is that my teenager’s taste buds aren’t nearly as picky as I hope they will some day evolve to be.
This pizza tasted closer to the frozen variety than anything fresh baked. The ground beef was more like beef crumbs dumped on top of the pizza after it had already been cooked. I turned over a slice and all the beef just fell off, which probably improved the taste because the beef was too greasy and bland to be enjoyable.
Although I have not tried them, my teen also loves their mozzarella sticks.

I’ve ordered the gyro, and subs from Sam’s. The food was always good, with plenty of meat. The price is about $ 8 for a footlong. The gyros are your standard fare, still good though. The restaurant could use a remodel, but I’m not knocking the place for it. Overall, the sandwiches are comparable to Zero’s Subs, if you like a NJ style grinder. If Jimmy Johns is your thing, you might not care for Sam’s.

My boyfriend and I order from here all the time! We always get delivery which is silly because we’re in the apartments right beside the shopping center, but what can I say… we’re lazy.
So far we’ve tried the steak salad, potato salad, shrimp basket and crab cake sandwich. All of which were AMAZING. We also got fried zucchini last time… pretty mushy. But the price is always great and the delivery service is always on time and friendly.

My husband and I ate here twice this week. The first time we ordered two gyros and some boneless wings. The wings were dry and seemed like they are over cooked. The sauce (honey BBQ) was decent, but we couldn’t get pass the dryness of the chicken. The Gyros meat was seasoned well and flavorful, but the sauce was lacking flavor and the signature dill that tzatziki sauce should have.
We just ate there again tonight. We ordered and were told 25 min for pick up. It was not ready, and I ended up having to wait 20 more minutes for our food. My husband ordered fried pickles, they were so over fried and breaded that you couldn’t even taste the pickle in it. I ordered chili fries, and my fries lacked any chili. Instead the fries were covered in melted cheese and some bacon — again NO chili on the chili fries. We also decided to give Gyros another shot since we are huge gyro fans and once again we were disappointed. This time, the gyro meat lacked seasoning and was so chopped up that it could be considered shredded meat. The Gyro sauce (tzatziki) once again lacked flavor and was extremely watery since it contained more shredded cucumber this time. Their tzatziki sauce contains NO dill — which is NOT a tzatziki sauce for Gyros.
Bottom line, we are extremely disappointed in the lack of consistency for the food and the flavors. We will not be returning and we will different place that serves Gyros, not these fake gyros that Sam’s serves.
Also, please note this is not a sit down restaurant. This place is like a tiny Chinese or pizza take out place.

Ordered for first time today. It took over 2 hours to deliver the WRONG order! Then waited another half hour for them to bring what we ordered. When we finally were able to eat, the 50 wings we ordered terrible and barely room temperature and dry. The baklava tasted dry and store bought. Big disappointment and a waste of $ 65.

Customer service is awesome! They are very welcoming and friendly. You can’t beat the prices of their wings! Glad hubby and I chose this place over Pizza Hut wings. Will definitely have to try the gyro or Stromboli next time we stop here.

This place is great. Good customer service. The wings and the rest of the food is good.

Ok spot to get a meal. Wings and burger were decent… nothing to brag about. Quick and friendly service… good prices. I’ll try again on a later date…

This place is great. Co worker told me about it about four months ago and now I go about twice a month. Their gyros are great and also love the chicken shawarma chicken. They have a huge menu as well. Sam, the owner, is very friendly towards everyone that comes in. Great customer service and great food.
