Starbucks

The best right-​on white mocha I have had in awhile. Definitely can tell the young guy working that day (not sure of his name but he had long hair) made it with patience and care. All of the staff were friendly working today (4pm 01÷10÷16) as well! Thumbs up!

This Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go to! The staff is super friendly, always greeting me with a warm «Hello, how are you?» and they are eager to help you find a drink you love! Even the drive thru is a good experience. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is about 5 – 7 minutes– that’s nothing for a busy drive thru starbucks. 5 stars for this wonderful Starbucks!

Staff has zero speed of service or customer service skills. 30 minutes in the drive-​thru for one drink! Location was properly staffed but were clearly confused and lacking proper training. Definitely definitely definitely will not be returning. 30 minutes!

Stopped here after an outdoor activity. We were craving the coffee woffee as my daughter puts it.
We ordered and waited. And waited. And waited. One drink came. Waited. Another drink came. Waited. First drink was done before we got all 4 drinks. No idea what the deal was, but slow doesn’t begin to explain it.

If there was ANY other coffee place that served drinkable coffee (don’t start about the Dunkin Donuts down the road) on my way to work I’d go there instead. Because there isn’t much open when I head to work, I’ve really tried to give this Starbucks a few chances to redeem itself, but I am pretty much disappointed by the coffees there EVERY time :(the baristas have my order wrong on multiple occasions (how hard is it to only put a half of a shot in the drink instead of the full shot). The irony is that I started to brew my own coffee at home and only get a breakfast sandwich… I’ve only ever ordered the veggie artisan sandwich and I’ve gotten in the habit of checking the sandwich before I leave the parking lot because I’ve been given the wrong sandwich multiple times. The employees (at least the ones that open the place on weekdays) are passive aggressive and rude.
Sorry to say this but this particular Starbucks is fairly bad. I just take a pass on breakfast instead of wasting my time and money at this Starbucks.

This is as good as a Starbucks gets! The baristas are friendly and well-​trained, the floors and tables are clean, and the drinks are made with love!

Great! Fast, friendly and always accurate. When I go inside, the tables are always clean.
