Pizza Hut

Love the lunch buffet, the only thing that was sorta off was the lack of drinks, we had one small cup and were never asked if we wanted a refill, even though it was advertised that there were refills

Terrible. I’ve never had a good experience really, but I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. Decided to call after our delivery was fifteen minutes late (1 ½ hrs after we ordered!) after waiting for ten minutes whoever answered hung up on me. Then when I called back, waited for five minutes only to have him tell me they tried to deliver and no one answered. Thought that was funny considering my door was open, only a screen door was closed. Never heard a peep. Then he said he would send it back out and hung up. So ten minutes later, I’m outside on my street and see the guy going to Chestnut Circle instead of Lane, because clearly no one paid attention to the address. I had to physically run down the street to get my pizza. And when I complained to the driver, he said it wasn’t him the first time and if the pizza was cold to call them and they would send new ones. Like I was going to wait for that. I will be getting Papa Johns from now on!!! Not waiting two hours for cold pizza ever again. Oh yeah and when I asked why they didn’t call, no answer. Idiots. And to me no stars are deserved yet I have to put one.

**update…pizza hut regional manager got back to me and refunded the cost of all the food. Still doesn’t reflect the unprofessional nature of this specific store.

I found that if you order around 4−5pm the pizza is pretty good. The breadsticks are always hard and old. The people working there are usually very friendly
