Fab Cab

Being on the last leg of a family trip our car decided it couldn’t take it anymore. Fab Cab was the only available taxi company available a late Easter evening and the driver came quickly with an impressively clean and comfortable van to seat our party of 8, including all of our luggage and 2 child car seats (LATCH attachments for all passenger rows! thank goodness!). Even recommended some tow companies! We were delivered safely to our hotel and we all appreciated his helpfulness and courtesy during our harried journey. Definitely call FAB CAB for your taxi needs!

I was in town for a wedding and Bruce from FAB Cab was amazing, always on time or early, and he took us to the rehearsal, wedding venue, reception and back to the hotel on a rainy cold night.

Made a reservation 7 hours before requested pick up time and cab did not show. When I called 10 minutes after agreed pick up time, the dispatcher said she would check on the driver. Then I get a call from a driver who claimed the person who was suppose to pick me up had car trouble. This driver said he would not be able to get to me for 20 minutes or so. When I told him he was being dishonest and I had to be at my destination to catch transportation and to get someone immediately to pick me up, he told me to calm down — I hung up. Worst. Taxi. Service. Ever. I was lucky my neighbor’s son was home to drive me. The taxi service would have cost $ 15 and I gave the neighbor $ 25. It was worth the extra cash to have a calm, polite driver.
