Maggies Magic Muffins

Walking into Maggie’s Magic Muffins is like walking into your grandmothers house. The muffin selection is amazing, I have never been in a bakery with so many flavours. I tried tried the pomegranate blueberry muffin, it looked like something a unicorn would eat; the flavour was divine. By far the best bakery in the Youngstown area.

I really don’t want to rate Maggie’s at all for fear of it being flooded with people. But it’s in a pretty unassuming building, so maybe it’ll be alright.
There is one word to describe Maggie’s…out-freakin’-standing!
Went there earlier this week looking for a muffin to shove in my mouth. I walked out with 4 huge muffins, and I could have easily gotten many more. Their selection of muffins is unbelieveable… several glass cases filled with many, many varieties of muffins. I settled on Red Velvet, S’mores, Salted Caramel, and Blueberry Cheesecake.
I can’t find the words to convey exactly how much I enjoyed these. The muffins are huge, moist, and completely flavorful. Every single one of them.
They’ve also got a nice breakfast and lunch menu, which I’ll get around to trying. But for right now, unfortunately for my diet, I will be back many more times for muffins. They ARE magic!

Great service & delicious muffins. So many choices that differ daily, so could become overwhelming. Nice & quiet place to catch up with friends. Muffins are huge and filling!

Being that I was born and raised in Youngstown, I never ventured too far into Canfield. To my surprise this area is much different. If you weren;t looking you would pass the place up so I would imagine the place gets repeat business by word of mouth and things of that nature. The location looks like a regular house, definitely wouldn;t mistake it for a business at a glance. Its wheelchair accesible which lets me know either they have an older clientele or they renovated and kept it as it was. I beleive this place is a family establishment as the owner named it after her daughter (the story was on the menu). Once you get inside its a nice… quaint place, if I had to describe it. There was a young girl behind the counter and she had good service. As we stood there looking at all the muffiin selections, random folks would come in and tell us how good the muffins were. Although we didn’t get to try any because it was in the morning, we figured it must be great for random folks to give us their opinion just because. We had coffee and their homemade breakfast sandwich. It was one of the best egg sausage sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. I beleive it was on a crousant. it was great though! I would definitely come again and try the muffins since they had great reviews. Who knew the Youngstown area had little gems hidden on the outskirts.

So delicious. The older woman (short hair) how works there is semi-​unfriendly. the staff seems nice but very new. Coffee was your average sludge from a pour spot warmer container. buuuuuuuuuuut the muffins, oh the muffins, make it a four star review. They are sooo delicious. I love love love the carrot cake muffin and the hubbies fave is the lemon muffin with lemon filling. Every time we are in Ohio to visit the family, you will see us here once or twice during our visit. Haha! #delicious!

so many good types of muffin flavors. I have gotten over 3 dozen and i love the chocolate cheese cake muffins. i haven’t tried other food but the muffins are fresh and huge and well worth the price. The staff is kind and always friendly. I will be going there again soon!
