My friend and I just stopped by to try this place out for the first time. The food was a 4.8 delicioussssness. We both had the chicken parm and tried the calamari. The menu is huge and I’d love to try more off of it. The salad and bread is really good too with just a bit more greens than romaine whitebacks and you’d have it near perfection. The service was great and the sauce was yummy. Price was okay. Wish I lived closer I’d hit those lunch specials up. Thumbs up!

Lovely and attentive service and not a good environment compared with local alternatives. However, I cannot say much good about the food. To be fair, I have only been there a few times. The one available salad not drowned in creamy dressing is good but could use less iceberg lettuce in favor of something more befitting a mid to upper end Italian restaurant. The bolognese sauce was not good and the wedding soup among the worst I’ve ever had(my bar may be high though, given grandma’s recipe was more than a little dope). I’d go back to drink at the bar and socialize but would only eat again if as a guest or other options off the table.

I found this to be very good Italian food. I had a hard time finding restaurants I liked while living in the area, but this one I enjoyed very much.

Food is fine — not excellent but perfectly acceptable. House cabernet was good. Service was excellent. The atmosphere is a bit dated but no complaints. Parking is a bit of an issue — shared parking with busy Starbucks. Would return.

I visit Nicolini’s at least once a month. I always receive great service and amazing foods. I will admit that most of the time I get their chicken and greens over penne. It is my favorite meal. My wife and I have made Nicolini’s our favorite restaurant. We go to the one in Boardman most often, but the one in Austintown is just as good.
