McDonald’s

Pretty much stopped coming here because the service is so terrible.
My son wanted a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal. We got home and what did he get? A container full of tartar sauce…

I don’t usually post reviews on fast food restaurants but this McDonald’s infuriates me so much I just had to. I stopped on my way home the other night and I was waiting at the drive thru for a good two minutes while all I heard were two underage girls arguing about who threw a box, I drove off since they clearly had better things to do than make money. Seriously, the service at this McDonald’s just sucks, if I could give it a –5 star I would. Don’t ever come here when they’re busy and expect to be done and out under three minutes, more like 15 – 20. In the past year I think I’ve only driven off with what I’ve ordered twice. Go to a different one, you’ll save time (and patience) at that one.

Very poor services. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. This is the only one in our direct area that is super clean! Food is usually hot and fresh ish. The last four times I’ve been there, my order has been incomplete. I’m done with this location.
On a side note, this place is very clean. Quality for the preparation for food is better than most.

I come here for their vanilla ice cream cone. It’s fifty cents. Everything else is pretty terrible, but you can beat their ice cream cone.

Just stopped in for beverages since we had 15 minutes to kill before Girl Scout Camp pickup. Service was fine. However there were fruit flies swarming the ketchup dispenser right by the drinks. Gross! If they get that cleaned up, might be worth bringing the kids. They have $ 1.99 happy meals certain nights (3−7p). Happy meals now offer a choice of Gogurts or apples (wonder if I could do a Gogurts and an apples and no fries).

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! Every time my husband and I go there we get horrible service. 100% of the time, they screw up our order. This is no exaggeration! It doesn’t matter if we go through the drive thru or go inside, they still screw it up. We either get the wrong sandwich, the wrong drink, or they forget to give us something (missing fries or sandwich). We have complained and nothing has been done. We will never ever go to this McDonalds again and we will tell everyone we know about our terrible experiences there.

No one expects great service or anything special from a fast food joint. I’ve got to say that this specific location is the reason I haven’t been back to a McD’s in over a year.
I love those yummy fries and delicious sweet teas but I just can’t get over my previous experience with them.
I had a zombie helping out at the drive through. She was unable to respond or speak so I’m sure she must have been bitten the previous night. She must not have had her fill of brains either as my two little boys left with pink fluffy purses in their kids meals.
Still not enough? Half way through my burger I bit into a piece of hair that was glued between the burger and the cheese. GROSS!
Oh.Not enough yet? I called the store 4 times to complain. It’s that 3^rd strike and your out deal with me. It rang so many times that my cell phone service disconnected the call.
NOT YET? I contacted the 800 number and wrote an email. I was graciously given a «free» desert of either a pie (which I hate) or an ice cream (which I never order). I told them to keep the coupon as I will never use them so they kindly sent my boys 2 plastic happy meal toys in the mail. They agreed that I was mistreated and that I would be contacted by the store manager in the next few days to straighten everything out.
WHAT? THERE’S MORE? Two months later, I wrote a scathing email to McDonalds about how I haven’t been back and will not return again. I FINALLY received a phone call from the NEW manager who offered to replace my meal. HOW SWEET.
I never went back. Keep the meal McD’s, it’s bad for my health anyway.

No, I do not usually write reviews of Mc Donalds but in this case I really had to.
I love an iced tea for a buck. I am cheap and Mickies plain iced tea has gotten better since the explosion of popularity for the sweet version has them making fresh batched more often.
Beyond non sweet iced tea, the fruit and nut salad with yogurt and the fruit and yogurt parfaits are all I get at McD’s. I stopped in the other morning and ordered a fruit and nut salad and specified a large NON sweetened plain iced tea to go with.
They charged me for another more spendy salad, gave me a fruit and yogurt salad with the day previous’ date on it and also gave me a sweet tea full to the very top with ice. I swear there was barely a quarter cup of actual liquid in there, no worries, as a diabetic I couldn’t drink it anyway.
Basically nothing right and I could not return to fix it so I was stuck with it. Boo.
