After reading Unilocal about the good reviews since a new owner took over my wife and I drove up to Yreka from Mount Shasta to look at vacuum cleaners and possible a new washer in the future. Jason was on the floor and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Sear’s vacuums and our options. We then met the new owner
Paul and he seemed nice and very approachable also. I would highly recommend this Sears location because it was obvious these people cared. I would go back again when we need to replace our washer and other appliances.

Since store was sold to Paul the store has done a 180! I used to drive to Medford just so I didn’t have to shop at the local store due to bad experience and to save on tax, since Paul purchased the store he takes time with his customers, understands their needs. From now on I will only purchase from this Sears store, who cares about paying a little extra for tax, its worth the service and care you get here locally.

Mostly an appliance store, but they can order you things from this location for site to store free shipping. You can’t return online orders here, which is a bummer. I had that situation just after the holidays and the person I spoke with (a manager?) was helpful in figuring out an alternative way to resolve things.
In the past, I purchased a refrigerator here as well, which was delivered locally for free. Service in that situation was also good.

I’ve had good service and even better advice from the staff at Yreka Sears. They really know their appliances and recommended a cheaper but better refrigerator than the one we were set to buy.
