Auto Glass Express

I came back from my deployment to a cracked windshield. Don’t know if it happened prior to me leaving or while I was gone. Anyway, I called to check out their prices, filed a claim the same night and they were at my apartment the next day replacing my windshield. The molding on my windshield and rooftop became unsecure and they fixed that as well. It was slightly inconvenient not being able to drive my vehicle for the hour after they completed work, but that’s just a part of the work that was done. I did not want to comprise the integrity of their work.
Quick, friendly and mobile! Everything a busy girl like myself needs.
One note: don’t be alarmed that Alan may not be the person who comes to do your windshield, but he is the person you’ll likely encounter when scheduling and handing insurance information. Not that it is a problem, but he runs the main shop in Auburn with the paperwork and such, and his technicians at local office in Yuba City takes care of you :)

This company was great. I received another chip from the highway of Yuba/​Maryville. Turned in ti insurance co, The owner came out and repaired it. Told me if I didn’t like it e would subtract what the insurance co paid and apply towards a new replacement. What a great person he is. I know no one up here, as I’m from the bay area.

we have a 2001 suburban. we thought something was rattling under the dash, but we were wrong. the windshield that had been installed when we bought the vehicle was not installed properly. they didnt use a primer and the windshield was just sitting in place. every time we hit a bump it rattled. we called Auto Glass Express and he said they could probably take the windshield out and reinstall it properly for about $ 85.00. I couldnt believe how affordable that was. he said if it broke it would be about $ 170.00. thats what i was prepared to pay to reinstall it. they sent mike rawlings. he is a nga certified master glass technician to fix the problem and he did. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family. they are honest, professional and prompt. richard hayter

Excellent customer service and fast response… Ordered repair at 11am scheduled same day from 1 – 3. This is our 3^rd windshield from this company and we’ve been very pleased!!!

I got a chipped windshield that I didn’t noticed for a few days as it was already covered in bugs and bird crap. I called USAA to file a claim and they referred me to this business. The woman on the other line was able to get all my information for the claim and repair work and scheduled me a mobile repair appointment for the following morning. The next morning, I get a phone call from the repairman, Troy, and he lets me know that he has arrived at my car. Pretty cool that he knew where my car was despite me not telling him. Work is started promptly and is done within 15 minutes. Thank you for your courteous employers, prompt, outstanding repair and for saving me $ 60 for a chip repair and possibly $ 300 for a new windshield. High 5’s all around
