Came in to Chili’s last week for dinner and it was great! I am a member of their Rewards program and I noticed recently new menu choices from an email that was sent to me. The New Smothered burritos caught my eye. Upon walking in, we got excellent warm Welcome with opened door, friendly smile and seated to a booth with our menus. Great first impression because I haven’t been here in a very long time. I knew I had the option to get a Free dessert or Free appetizer with my points. One thing that surprised me, was if you play the games on their little table kiosk, they charge you! oops, it was only 99 cents though. Also, you can donate to St Jude’s Children Hospital when paying your bill. For more information, your server can explain the details to you and they do so many great things for the children. It’s an excellent cause and helpful to donate for sick children at St Jude’s. It truly does help their parents and families as well. Started off with an appetizer, 3 items of Southwestern eggrolls, Crispy Cheddar bites, and Original Chicken Crispers. Everything tasted great, it was my first time trying the Southwestern eggrolls which were tasty and I really liked all the sauces too! I ordered the Prime Rib Smothered burrito and it tasted very good, big enough for 2 meals. The only thing is, I wish it had fresh avocado or sour cream on the side. The black beans tasted great. I used my Reward’s points for the Oreo topped Molten cake! It was delicious, vanilla and chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream and little pieces of Oreo cookies. I would love to order this dessert again, it was a great way to end dinner! Overall great dinner experience, great customer service, and I earned some more Rewards points.

I came here with my goddaughter after we watched a movie. My experience at this Chili’s location was much better than the location in Rancho Cordova. When my goddaughter and I walked in, we were greeted promptly by a friendly hostess. Likewise, the staff who waited on us. I started off with a Premium Long Island Iced Tea for myself. My goddaughter had water only. My iced tea was cold and refreshing, especially on a hot afternoon. I ordered the Tripple Dipper(Big Mouth Bites, Southwestern Eggrolls and Spinach & Artichoke Dip), and my goddaughter had the Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad. We had a great time at this location. My goddaughter, however, is more generous in her ratings because she tends to rate her experience with 5 stars. Maybe because she’s enjoying her time with me. Hmm… My experience with the food, on the other hand, was 3 – 4 stars.

Ugh, no more artichoke dip! Chilis WTF were you thinking? It was one of the only reasons why I came here! Your salsa is watery and bland, your food is fattening and meaty… now the only thing saving you is your margaritas. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as usual on the last time that my husband convinced me to go. We were brought some bowl of gelatinous white stuff. Hubby just stared at it. «It’s missing something». Still staring at the obviously-not-containing-green-vegetable-dip. He tells the waitress and she tries to convince us that it’s «white spinach». Oh Yuba City, you’ve almost outsmarted me again! We look at the menu, that we ignored previously, and GASP! No more spinach-artichoke dip! There is a cheesy spinach dip,(apparently), but what was brought to us looked more like mayo, no spinach in sight! No thank you. Side note: I’m not docking you stars because you changed the menu. I AM docking you stars for your dumb waitress that tried to make us pay for something that we obviously didn’t order, and didn’t even try and(very politely) complained about minutes after it was brought to our table. No thank you. Honey, I worked as a waitress and bartender. If someone orders something from a previous menu, you clarify by repeating their order back to them and explaining about a menu change. You DON’T argue with them and tell them that you have never had said item and that the current option is all that you have ever offered.
