Taco Bell

The customer service here is terrible. When I went up to order I said «Hi.» To the lady and waited for her to say something, but didn’t even acknowledge me, so I just started ordering. While I was ordering not once did she make eye contact with me or say a word. Once I was done ordering, she just stared at me, she didn’t ask something like «Is that gonna be all for you today?» Or «Anything else we can get you today?» NOPE. She just stared at me. So then I said «that’s all.» & she handed me my receipt without saying a word. I then went on to say thank you. And I did not get one «you’re welcome.» A few minutes later, as I was sitting there waiting for my food, a gentleman told the same employee that he wants to talk to a manager, so she let the manager know and went on her break. She was then standing next to the same man that asked to talk to the manager, and started making fun of him with a friend of hers, right in front of the customer. He then got so angry, he didn’t even wait for the customer, he just walked out. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills. And making fun of a customer because he wants to talk to the manager is definitely not okay.

Normally before I go somewhere I check Unilocal,but I travel a lot & taco bell is what it is, right? WRONG! Check the reviews– This place blows ! I literally spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru (such a wast of time) to receive a bone cold catina burrito. I then called to speak to the management because I wasn’t sure this thing had been cooked & the manager had the customer service skills of a government worker…

Slow service overall. Staff was disappointing to say the least.

This is the friendliest Taco Bell ever! The staff made eye contact, were very cordial, and I even saw them carrying trays of food out to their dine in customers.
They are extremely generous with the fillings. My Doritos Loco taco had so much meat, cheese and lettuce that it fell out with every bite. I had a salad to eat after finishing the taco. And the bean burrito was loaded with the perfect balance of beans, cheese and onions. I am glad I got it to go, or I would have been back at the counter ordering another one.
The place was clean. The sauce counter was well maintained. But the line was long.

Horrendously long line no matter the time of day and the food was standard Taco Bell no better, no worse.
