I stand corrected and I’m man enough to admit when I’m wrong. I should’ve updated this a couple of days after my post. Chris indeed called me back and gave me the specs of the engine. I guess he was out on leave or something. That was the only issue I personally had with C&P. I didn’t know that my buddy tried to negotiate extra parts. Since then I installed my engine and I sounds and runs like a dream! Sorry Chris for the bad review. I’m updating it now with a stellar one because my Impala sounds and runs just as we originally discussed.

I am new to the area and bought a card with an oil change deal as well as other services from a door to door sales man for this shop. Took my boyfriends truck down there and the man in the office politely told me I had to make an appointment because i was using my pre sold card. I was fine with making an appointment, but he had time to take care of the oil change at that time. The service was done quickly and i was made aware of other services the vehicle required without feeling pressure to have them done immediately. As a woman entering a predominantly male place of business, the employees here made me feel comfortable and gave great customer service. I will be returning in the future to have my car serviced.

Awesome shop! I have a vehicle that I haven’t driven in 3 years. It wasn’t running very well when I stopped using it. I took it in to get the gas tank drained and flushed and the engine fixed up. The customer service was excellent. I told them not to rush the work since I was not using the vehicle as a daily driver. They had the vehicle done in 2 – 3 weeks for a reasonable price and seemed truly concerned about the condition of my car. They offered up suggestions to ease future preventative maintenance and to ensure that my car would have many more fruitful miles ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anybody.
