As if the horrible product on the shelves were not enough, this store is generally a disaster. If you don’t mind shopping for poorly made product that is most likely lying in the aisles instead of on a rack or shelf, this place may be for you.

They sell new cheap items from mens, womens, children’s /infants, house ware, suitcases, bedding, under garments, makeup, purses, jewelry but sizes are off and items are knockoffs. If your looking for a 1 time use item, its worth it or on a budget shop here. Its not the cleanest store but its well stocked.

Today was the last day that I will shop there– ok, until after I get rid of my $ 17 credit. I was there last week and asked if there was a fitting room. The answer was no(which I sort of expected), but the clerk indicated that I had 30 days to return it. I bought the pair of pants and drove the 30 miles back home. The pants were on the tight side so thought best to return them. After waiting about 10 mins in line(the clerk apologized twice), I ended up with a gift card and not a credit back to my credit card. Apparently they never give cash back — which the clerk never noted… of course they wouldn’t…once they have your money, they don’t want to give it back so FORCE you to return and buy something else of low quality there. It’s a really crappy looking store in side with things on the floor, hanging in the wrong place, disorganized, etc. I won’t step into this place again once I have spent that merchandise credit — I wanted some white tube socks but they didn’t have any… hopefully they will get some in as that is about the only thing that I want to buy now(or need) and want to get rid of the credit and get rid of Factory 2 U.

This place is terrible. I worked here for a yr and it being as dirty as it is, is no fault of the employees. They do not give this store enough payroll to up keep it. I have seen customers just pick stuff off the clothing racks and when they are done looking, drop it on the floor. I have seen customers drop dirty diapers, food containers, sodas, and other stuff on the floor. I have found actual poo on the floor. yes someone let their child pull down their pants and S*** on the floor, found pee in the trash cans meant to be sold, and even a homeless man sleeping half naked in the rugs. Yes the company is S*** to work for because, they don’t acknowledge the bigger problems of this particular store. The ignore labor laws, allowing their store managers to ignore them as well, and violate company policy’s that they themselves set. They treat middle management with no respect and worst yet, treat the sales associates like slaves. However this issues with this store is not just the company and how bad they are. It’s in large part due to the customers, treating it like its worst then a discount store. Until that changes, that store will always be crap.

I think the description of this place is incorrect. It doesn’t sell«used» stuff, but extremely marked down stuff. It’s more of a dollar store than a goodwill, if you know what I mean. Instead of describing what this place isn’t, let’s get into what it is… Huge selection of stuff with very low prices. Merchandise ranges from household items(shower curtains, bed linen, towels, floor mats, organizational crap), to men’s clothes(DC t-shirts, Marc Echo, Etc), woman’s clothes(champion yoga pants, etc), toys, shoes, baby stuff, bras and panties… all on the cheap. I think the reason for these prices is that a lot of the clothes are not very good quality, you never know what you’re going to find in here so don’t come in with expectations, and the store is not very well maintained.(See picture of merchandise laying all over the floor). With that being said, I always check here first when I need to buy something. I bought some gerber baby onsies for my little’un for a dollar a piece, some towels at 2 dollars a piece, and a dish mat that was being sold next door at Kmart for 10 dollars more! It’s a great place to get the husband socks and t-shirts but the women’s clothes here are on-par with forever 21 and some of them start breaking down after a few washes, so beware. I make this place part of my usual shopping rotation circuit just to see what they have, but I couldn’t shop here exclusively, even if the tank tops are only $ 1.50.
