Ray’s Tire & Wheel

I have recommended 5 people to Rays. Hands down best service and price. I would have given 5 stars but not happy about the payment process. I called for a price on my tires. I got a price if I used a card or check. I called queen penny tired and got a price out the door if I used a card. I called back to Ray’s and spoke to the owner. I asked twice if he would match the price and twice if I could use a card. The owner said no problem. I went for Ray because he helped me out in the past and told him I was loyal and would buy my tires from him. I went in to pay and the owner said his card machine was down. I said no problem I’ll pay when it is fixed. He then went into a long story about how he’s not making any money on my install, and wanted a check. Sounds like he’s trying to get out of paying the percentage to the card company. All I ask is be up front. If you can’t do the install say so. I love the tires and the customer service, just make sure if you decide to buy expensive tires, be very clear on how you’ll pay for them. I hope my warranty and service will be honored, bad taste in my mouth about the payment!

My tire got a giant nail stuck in it, and I explained the situation to them, they told me to bring my car around, sat and talked to em for a few minutes and all of a sudden my tire was done. Really? I was SHOCKED! Super cheap too! I couldn’t be happier, everyone should go here!!!

Ray is a great guy to deal with. He is a straight shooter. He hooked us up with some Uniroyal tires he recommended and they have been great! This guy is a class act and knows the RIGHT way to do business.
