My husband and I went there and ordered cheeseburger, fries, drink. The waiter did not explain that the garlic fries or onion rings would require an extra charge. He just stated would you like fries, garlic fires or onion rings. when the bill came we were both surprise $ 25.00. A waiter should always say for a extra charge you could have garlic fries or onion rings. we were the only people in there at that time so it wasn’t like he was hard press to hurry. service was quick. Meal was too greasy for my taste but some people love that. Onion rings were delicious.

I had really high hopes for this place, and was really bummed when we went there today. Positives: –Decent taste/quality of food –Cheese skirt was neat Negatives: –When walking in, only 2 people were working, one of them leaning on the register counter texting, the other was on her break, eating with her family. The woman eating with her family on her break is no big deal, but what I was bothered by, was that the guy who eventually took our orders and cooked our food, seemed to have no idea what he was doing, and had to keep asking her to get up to come help him for what seemed to be very basic information for someone who had enough free time on his hands while working to ignore guests and use his phone in front of them. If you have time to play with your phone, that means you probably have time to learn the menu, or the register system, or clean something. He even checked his phone screen twice while we were trying to place our order. –While sitting and waiting, it became pretty obvious to me that the floor had not been swept recently, or if it had, then it had been done very poorly, the front door had greasy hand prints all over it, the register/counter area had dust, grease, and crumbs all over it, and the kitchen area that we could see wasn’t much cleaner looking. This included 2 whole onions on the ground under their prep table in clear view, that no one working seemed to care about. –Each of the other guests that came in while we were waiting walked in and had to kind of linger by the register, or stammer over to the table area because neither of the people working greeted them promptly. Then, when they were greeted, it was not with a smile, it was a very dry, short, «Hi. For here or go?» No warmth, no friendliness. It was like we were all just in their way. –Our meals consisted of 2 burgers, one order of the loaded fries, one order of regular fries, and one soda, and the total was $ 30. I would rather pay $ 30 for some Jack in the Box tacos if it meant we were treated like paying customers, and the establishment was clean and well maintained. The food was decent, but we will never be back. I work in the food industry and it disgusts me to see guests treated so poorly. I would never even consider pulling out my phone in front of a customer, or talking to them like they are hindering my relaxation. I paid two people $ 30 to be rude to me today. Unacceptable.

The famous cheese skirt burger, finally got to sample what triple D’s raved about, for the most part, anything that Guy Fieri tries if it is in the area I try to hit it up, so on the most part of the places he has tried it has been a 50⁄50 in regards to how the food really is, this is one of the spots that did not disappoint, the original restaurant was closed because it did not have a handicap ramp for patrons so I am told, this is one of the branched off locations I think there are now 3 in the area or around the area. Let me break down the famous Cheese Skirt Burger and how well it faired against all other burgers I have tried, to be honest I did not have high hopes for this burger, surprisingly the burger did fair well. The star is the cheese skirt by far it is what you can taste even day after the meal. The cheese was lets just say cheddary, mushy in the middle, and when you bite down there was a crunch mostly on the outside that was not sitting of the juices of the burger in the middle, the meat was tender, juicy, made just right not over done not underdone. The fries were piping hot, they did have a crunch on first and the following bite, seasoned to perfection no ketchup needed here. I will be back if I am in the area food **** price $ service **** ambiance ****

If you’re in the mood for a perfectly cooked, yummy, greasy burger, this is it! Classic local burger and shakes place with a nice ambiance. I had the SqueezeCheese. The cheese skirt added a unique flare to a simple but delicious cheeseburger. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

This is one of the best burger spots in the Sacramento area! The burger was cooked perfectly! The cheese skirt was amazing. If you have never tried Squeeze Inn… it is a must! My only criticism would be the fries. It would be so much better if they had the original skinny fries. The last time I was there the service was horribly slow. It took 20 minutes to even place my order and the restaurant was almost empty. Once we got our food everything was great! I would give 4 ½ stars for the food and 3 ½ stars for the service.

This place is so good! Yes you are going to spend a bit more then you would at in and out burger. But for good reason you get great food and service and have their unique squeeze cheese which is delicious. I love the new location much more spacious although it looks unfinished. It would be nice to see a menu on the wall and set up when you first go in is a little awkward. But looks clean and it’s always nice when you can see people cooking your food! I highly recommend any to try if you haven’t already!

Too expensive for what you get. The burgers and sandwiches were just okay. I am not sure what the craze is with the«cheese skirts» but it just seemed over the top. The entire plate is covered with cheese surrounding the burger/sandwich. It was greasy, but that was expected. The onion rings and fries were good. The service was pretty good as well, although they didn’t seem to know much about what they were serving. At $ 35 for lunch for 2 adults and a kid, I did not think it was worth it. Go to In-N-Out for your next burger fix.

Good greasy burgers, but the service was kind of lousy, like the hostess was confused why we would be bothering her. I loved the cheese skirt, but I’m not really the kind of person who enjoys grease dripping down my hand while eating anything.

Tried it out and service was good although the meat was very dry on the combo #1 i ordered but the fries were good. Overall good experience and would Definitely visit it again.

I’m from sacramento, my grandma and I have been to many locations and this is the only one with a combo menu as far as I know. The western one is awesome. It’s not too ghetto either. The guy. I forget his name explain how the menu worked and was very helpful. pps: my nana and I always wear our midtown squeeze inn shirts when we go to any squeeze burger joint.

This review is for the steak tacos. Burgers are famous but not for me, but I can’t get enough of their steak tacos. Probably the best drunk food of all time if you’re interested in that sort of thing. Greasy, not at all authentic, but so delicious. I hope this place sticks around just for that reason alone.

Ok so me and my wife stop at the new squeeze inn in yuba city after hearing all the hope and good things about this place we stopped. We ordered two skirt burgers and garlic frys. Well bolth of our burgers were burnt and dry it was like chewing on a old shoe. And my frys were good BUT they weren’t garlic. Bolth our hamburger buns were cold.

It was my first time at the Squeeze Inn and I loved it! My husband ordered the #2 combo(cheeseburger) and I got the #1 combo is with an hamburger. Both of the burgers were well cooked and tasted delicious! The fries were crunchy and were good for with ketchup. The strawberry shake we got for dessert was thick and exactly the way an old fashioned milkshake should taste like. The restaurant itself was spotless and staff was very organized and super friendly. We are will be going back for sure!

I’ve been to the original spot and I’ve been to the place that replaced the original location, and it’s far superior to our version of Squeeze. The service was poor and the burgers were just meh. Both times eating there, the beef tasted like nothing and my cheese skirt fell short. I’m kind of surprised I’m saying this, but there are much better burger options in our area.

A friend and I went to Squeeze Inn on Plumas Street in Yuba City and will be back and recommend it to family and friends. The atmosphere was good, the service was great and the food was very good.

Better than they were at the other location. Better prices, better service, better options. Combo meal was a great idea! The shake was great, and I like that you don’t order at a window and then go sit down(that was confusing) Big props to the move and improved service and pricing! I ask for my cheese skirt a little less cooked and it tasted very good that way. Definitely one of the top burger joints in town

Very disappointed. Expensive. Overcooked. The famous cheese skirt and burger were burned. Our server gave one of the two fries we ordered for our party of five to a couple that had ordered after us. We’ve eaten at the sacramento location and were excited to try the yuba city location. What a let down. Edited to add that the fries were delicious!!! Edited: went back to the new location. I made a mistake and my first review was for the cooper ave. location. It was wonderful. Our server cut our burgers in half and brought each half out in an individual basket with fries since we were sharing meals with our kids. We asked for the cheese skirt to be a little less cooked due to our previous experience and both the burger and cheese skirt were perfect. Our server was so nice and attentive. Glad we went back!!!
