One of my favorite stops in the mornings! Friendly people! Always leave happy and on time for work!

I go to Starbucks a LOT. This one by far has the best customer service. I come here very regularly and everyone is so positive and super friendly.
Many other locations that I frequent have employees that barely smile or make eye contact, I can feel the miserableness radiating from them.
I TRUELY appreciate all of you guys who work this location. Thank you so much for always inspiring me to start my day off positive!

Unfortunately I haven’t gotten the awesome customer service I get at the other Yuba locations, from this location. Service is very quick, but workers are very short and somewhat unfriendly.

Love the location of this Starbucks! It’s in a nice business area next to York’s Yummies/​Tower Mart gas station. Great Drive thru, plenty of parking, and friendly staff. The inside is small, but it’s very organized and clean. I really liked all their Wall portraits, which is cool because any Starbucks I go to always has something different, interior décor, layout design, etc. They have free wifi, works great. I saw 3 customers on laptops this afternoon. There are several tables outside with shade umbrellas in the patio area.
I ordered a Tall Franken Frappuccino. I had this drink last year and kind of wanted to try it again. Girl that took my order knew exactly how to make it! It tasted soooo good and very Refreshing. It’s almost similar to a mint n chip ice cream flavor, has peppermint syrup, chocolate chips, green tea frappuccino. It was delicious… Customer service was great, Thank you :)

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. I love the people, I should know bc I use to work at this location. It’s a friendly little spot and they surely do make you feel at home. Always a welcoming environment!!!

Been going to this Starbucks for years and have never had a bad experience and never had an order go wrong. I’ve met clients here and always felt comfy. Staff is always always super friendly.

I love that this Starbucks is within walking distance from the apartment! Located within a little plaza, it’s the perfect place to get your caffeine fix for the day. They have plenty of small tables and sofa chairs for your reading pleasure. I really appreciate that the music is kept at an acceptable volume. Many Starbucks locations make the mistake of blasting their CD tracks and it takes away from the relaxing atmosphere for a coffee shop. Staff is friendly and efficient. Minus one star for making my Sweetened Black Ice Tea way too sweet though.

Service was fast and drink was good Batista was nice not much competition nearby as far as other Starbucks but they still maintain. quality regardless

I am continually happy with this Starbucks! They never disappoint. Every time I go here for my coffee, my order is correct and the coffee is made consistently. This is probably the most important to me, as I always order the same thing. The staff is always friendly!

My favorite Starbucks in town! The staff is friendly, place is clean, and drinks are terrific! Plenty of seating too.

The staff at this Starbucks was less willing to engage with their customers than other locations. I asked a few simple questions to help determine what I wanted to drink and the woman at the counter got annoyed with me and started acting very rude. My drink turned out delicious, but I was disappointed with the service.

Great place, Sometimes the service is slow. But still, it’s Starbucks, can’t complain. I love it. Especially on holidays, and the Starbucks aroma. The moment I come in, its heaven. The moment I walk out, I smell like Starbucks. Lol.

Great if you like a corporate place to meet. I’m not much of a coffee drinker but their other drinks are average. There are better local places available with much better drinks.

I always make my complicated order but they always get it right! I come here to study alot. They have lots of tables and chairs and a great studying environment. The staffs here are nice too but never bother to ask my name even though I come there every day, and I mean EVERYDAY! Lol but I seriously love the coffee and studying environment here but it would be nice and make me feel special with a personalized welcome too since I’m a regular.

Compared to all the other Starbucks in the area (Marysville incl) this is the best one. The staff has always been super friendly. I cannot remember a time when I have stopped in and not gotten a smile (of course I am a handsome devil)…
Some of the other locations in the area make you feel like you’re an inconvenience when you order a drink. Not his place!
As with all Starbucks, they may not get the drink exactly like you want (come on people; are you ALWAYS perfect?) however, they are willing to correct it and not make you feel like a second-​class citizen.
The environment is comfortable, the layout is unobtrusive, and the manager is always smiling (yes, it’s genuine).
I definitely recommend this location above any others in the YC/​Marysville area.

I ordered an iced coffee and an inexperienced middle aged lady took forever to ring up my order at the cash register. Then after waiting a long time just to get my order in, they forgot to make my drink and I had to remind them that I ordered an ice coffee.

I have to agree that this location has better customer service than any other in the area. I have never had a drink made incorrectly here.

This is my favorite Starbucks. Better customer service and the service is faster than the others in the area. The baristas are very friendly, especially Adam, he is the best. He always has a smile. I never gets chunks of ice in the blended drinks here.
