I have visited subway on garden in Lincoln Road a few times, I have never met someone as rude as the ladies that work there, not friendly at all I will take my business somewhere else from now on.

Very courteous prompt service. They also had a handful of the Star Wars lunch bag promos left so this was a huge plus. Doesn’t look like they get much business but the quality of the sandwich was fine so no problem here.

The service is always friendly and prompt. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. My family and I have been dining here since June 2015. We’ve visited about five times. I personally do not have a problem with communicating with the staff here as one of the Unilocalers complained. On a side note, America, in my opinion, is a one of a kind, multicultural, ahead of its time country, and if we can adapt to that then we won’t desire to live anywhere else in the world!

Not good, not bad. Just an average sandwich. We go to Subway here just when we want to avoid getting a pizza when we want to fast meal. The help is friendly, but they are very difficult to understand. I have to say «What?» probably six or eight times in the process of ordering a sandwich because I can’t understand what the employees are saying. And I know it’s not just me because I hear the same thing from the customers ahead of me and behind me in line. Nothing terrible about this place, but if I had any other decent options nearby I would opt for those.

Beware when I ordered a Footlong sandwich by Cynthia @ 7:45am for my sons lunch I was charged $ 11.58. When I questioned the price I was told that it’s a expensive sandwich, turkey on a wheat Bread. Later on that day I looked at the Receipt still questioning the price, the receipt price was $ 7.20 (correct price) she’s obviously pocketing the cash… I paid cash! Other kids at My sons school said the same thing happened to them. I called to talk to manager Simon today about this but was told he wasn’t available. Don’t go here! Not an honest staff.

I don’t know if it’s the area or what (I’m from Reno) because I have yet to have a 5 star experience eating anywhere here.
The veggies looked DAYS old, the bread was stale, and the service was horrible. Not to mention I got sick after eating. Bleh!
