Mark and his team are meticulous, tenacious, and eager to help. They were always there when I had questions and and turned a terrible situation into very positive outcome. After my accident, the insurance company of the person who hit me was trying to pressure me into settling early and tried to trick me into getting just enough to cover the initial medical bills. A year and a half later the medical bills had more than quadrupled and I would have been in a world of debt. Don’t let insurance companies bully you. Get a great lawyer and call Mark and let him and his team take care of you. They always did right by me and I honestly have no idea what I would have done with out them. They were there every step of the way and never let me down.

Mark and his team have been handling our motorcycle crash case and everything has been so easy. The insurance company we’re suing tried contacting us only once before Mark put a stop to them with a cease and desist. Mark’s team has taken care of EVERYTHING and has made this horrible process as easy as it can be. It’s obvious he’s got years of experience and his advice is solid. Mark Doughty and his staff did a fantastic job on our case. A semi truck driver fell asleep at the wheel and pushed my car down an embankment. I am lucky to be alive. Mark worked with the insurance companies to make sure my car was repaired, my medical bills were paid and I didn’t have to worry about missed income while I was recovering. Mark Doughty is apparently is «too old» and has «medical issues» that don’t allow him to take a case to court. To be fair, we were told this up front. What we didn’t count on was this coming into play in our settlement. The insurance company knew this, and low balled our case. Then proceeded to laugh at us when Mark Doughty’s office asked for more money by raising their offer by $ 1.
They knew he would not take it to court, and thus we were left without option.
He tried to pass us off to another lawyer who told us to file a small claims suit against the driver, but Mark Doughty insisted that was a bad idea… and dropped us.
Now, so much time has passed… no lawyer will take the case.
STAY AWAY from Mark Doughty.
